The resort is beautiful the staff were great the restaurants ok the amount of restaurants you get per visit is not enough two per 5 day booking. And then there is the buffet 90 percent of the hot food is cold and the salt is heavy handed.The bar closed at 11 everyday pools close at 6 and do you research before going it's spread out and unclear what you can do or not to do bars restaurants activity ect

Great pool! Beautiful beaches. The snack bar by the pool did not have the best choices and the food was not that good. Same fried food each day.

The property was good. The problem we had was the attitude of your staff towards us. Also, the food was horrible, always cold. We ate mostly burgers the entire stay, snacks we bought and sometimes chose to stay without food. For a resort that gets different cultures, they need to have more English speaking staff who are frontline too cater to visitors.

Food was horrendous and very poor quality. Buffets were too crowded and lines to get hot food were too long. The food at the truck was too limited. It was too hard to make reservations at the specialty restaurants. Service was good sometimes but mostly it was subpar. Lines to get drinks were too long and bars were understaffed. Cleaning service didn’t give us fresh towels, change our sheets, make our bed, or empty our garbages on a couple occasions. No room service available.

If you love people, music and lots to do then you will enjoy this. If you’re like me and want to listen to the birds with your morning coffee and have some quiet space go somewhere else. The noise level is rarely below 60 decibels. I was next door to the gym and the outdoor music started at 6:15 am. Restaurants were between 70 and 80 decibels. Each pool is louder than the last. The beach is packed and there you get not only the resort music but everyone’s personal speaker’s blasting in all directions. I was in one of the newer rooms and it was nicely appointed aside from being unable to enjoy any quiet time on the balcony. You will gets lots of walking in. I averaged 20,000 per day. Apparently the adult only area is quiet but they were full when I was there. I will opt for Melia if I return to Punta Cana. Way more my style.

Staff and cleanliness was a plus. Cons goes to just one hour entertainment and not much to do for adults at night. Food wasnt also the greatest. After all good for the prive we paid.

The guest services and concierge staff was not helpful. Room toilet clogged and took hours to fix. We had issue with vegetarian and there wa not much to eat other than salads. We asked one more dinner reservation and they denied. Would expect some refund

Great experience, first time going on a family trip with my two kids, everything worked out great with the hotel. The amenities were great and all staff members were accommodating and helpful.

We had the Junior Suite. Our room had bugs in it. We called twice no one came. We went to guest services to report it, they said someone will come and no one ever came. The buffet staff were extremely rude, daily. The front desk staff was not knowledgeable about included services offered to guest. Lobby bell man was rude. The bell man was upset because we didn’t use their recommended transportation. But I informed them that I had been asking for 2 days on getting assistance with airport transportation. And I wasn’t going to cancel my guaranteed ride. They went as far to stop my transport from coming on the property. I had to go to the front desk to tell them to let him on. Besides the staff, the property overall was nice and clean. The pool areas were great! ALL bartenders were pleasant and entertaining. Flames restaurant staff were great! As far as entertainment, I should have did more research on the resort. I believe the resort is for an older crowd and more popular to natives.
