房間設施不好，浴頭經常壞，浴缸基本沒法泡，水量太小了，作用為0，床下面甚至有輪子，靠一會背靠，床會瞬移到前面。由於氣候，蚊子超多。 食物方面衹能説中規中矩，沒有什麼亮點，不過服務員態度很好，經常加水。 唯一的亮點就是沙灘很漂亮，海水質量很棒，遮陽傘&躺椅充足，沙灘上躺一天很爽，有提供毛巾可以自取，旁邊還有吧枱提供自助飲料。 總的來説，就是圖性價比才來的吧，這價格要什麼自行車，有閑錢還是選更貴的會好點。

This place is definitely not the 5-star resort it claims to be—it’s a 3-star at best. The grounds are large, but the entire property desperately needs a serious renovation. The rooms are spacious, but they are stuck in the early 2000s and completely worn out. The AC barely cools down the room, the plumbing has visible rust and corrosion, the TV barely works, and the free Wi-Fi crawls at about 4 Mbps. The pool is decent, but you can see heavy wear and tear in several spots. The beach has plenty of loungers and palm umbrellas, but staff are very reluctant to clean up the seaweed. The beach at the sister resort next door, Caribe Deluxe Princess, was noticeably cleaner. A heads-up on the beach towels: the dye rubs off and stains your clothes. Dining was a disaster. The main buffet serves the exact same menu every single day of the week. For the à la cartes (Steakhouse, Italian, Brazilian), the waitstaff clearly try their best, but the food is just a cheap imitation of the real thing. You can eat at the sister Princess resorts nearby, where the setting is much newer and nicer, but the variety isn’t much better. The entertainment team tries hard and has good energy, but there is nothing special about the activities. Don’t trust the high ratings on Google. It feels like for every honest negative review, management pumps out five fake positive ones. Keep your expectations low.

Achei que falta muita orientação sobre horário das atrações como arco e flecha e algo de vôlei na praia que não tem horário, o mergulho na piscina também não tinha hora específica. O pior de tudo pra mim foi o banheiro do quarto, o resort e o quarto são maravilhosos, mas o banheiro do quarto é muito apertado e faltam tapetes no chão pra se secar... A privada demora uma eternidade pra encher pra poder dar descarga de novo e os registros do chuveiro, da pia e da jacuzzi estão muito velhos e tudo fica vazando. Fora isso a estadia e comida é excelente, os funcionários são extremamente receptivos e alegres fazendo a nossa estadia melhor, menos os baristas que só são animados em momentos de festa ou se estiverem ganhando gorjeta em dinheiro (eu entendo, mas é chato). Ótima estadia!

Cibao人特別好，特別友善，我記得他好像叫Angel，對每個人都特別好。很喜歡這裡，每個人都那麼熱情友好，讓人感覺很舒服自在​​。唯一的缺點是2003號房沒有網絡，不過除此之外，床一直都很乾淨很舒服。下次還會再來 :)

度假村很漂亮，小巧精緻，維護得很好，泳池超級好玩，食物也很棒，員工服務也超級棒，我們一定會再來的🎉
