Buena ubicación

Llegamos hacer check in nos entregan la habitación y solo dejamos nuestro equipaje y al llegar luego no tenía toallas la habitación y habían cucarachas nos cambian de habitación y su ducha estaba roto y habían cucarachas vuelve y nos envían para otra y estaba súper bien pero el agua en la ducha no bajaba hablé en el counter y rápido resolvieron el problema deberían fumigar y tener sus habitaciones listas y limpia llegamos muy cansado y moverte por tres habitaciones con tus pertenencia fue muy agotador

Ruim Peguei uma diária só para esperar o prazo do vôo, mas sério não consegui ficar. Preferi gastar com mais uma diária no resort, me senti muito insegura e num ambiente sujo, não tive coragem de usar o banheiro. Não tem nenhuma das facilidades que menciona no anúncio, sem acesso a praia e etc.

No me gustó que no se especificará que la "ventana" era al interior del edificio. Lejos de ser atractivo, me pareció inseguro. La ventana estaba a nivel donde alguién podría haberse metido. El corredor principal era muy oscuro, con nula ventilación.

El hotel como tal esta muy descuidado, empezando por las barandillas de las áreas comunes con mucho polvo. En apariencia la habitación se veía bien, pero cuando quise lavarme las manos se me mojaron los pies porque la tubería estaba suelta y agua del desagüe caía derecho a los pies, la ducha estaba tapada, por lo que al bañarme el baño se inundó, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, por suerte había ventilador y para completar la puerta de la habitación no tenía forma de ser asegurada por dentro, así que si alguien tenía una copia de la tarjeta podía entrar sin problema, esto me hizo sentir insegura en el lugar.

Ist zu empfehlen Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angekommen und konnten innerhalb Minuten einchecken und aufs Zimmer gehen und ins Bett fallen. Zimmer sind groß und sauber, allerdings gab es keine Handtücher.

Abaixo do esperado, não recomendo Não foi dentro do esperado, o atendimento por parte dos colaboradores foi péssimo, mesmo conversando em espanhol fluente, tinha alguns que não entendiam ou fingiam não te entender. O café da manhã tinha duas opções de prato pronto, e ambos eram muito ruins. Hotel barulhento durante a madrugada, com portas batendo e pessoas falando alto pelos corredores. Chuveiro ruim, com agua quase fria Baratas dentro do quatro

Do not stay at this hotel, when my husband and I got there, the reception desk informed us that the air conditioning in our room was not properly working, we asked if there was another room available and only one of the light bulbs in that other room turned on, however, the AC did not turned at all. They gave us another room and while I was taking a bath, a hotel staff knocked on our door saying they made a mistake by giving us that room and that we needed to get out of it because its guests have arrived in the hotel. ******* tried to contacted the hotel and they either did not pick up the call or just said there was no one that speaks English, ******* also tried to contact the owner and he never responded. We have to leave to a different hotel almost at 10pm . They never apologized for their horrible treatment, in general it was a terrible experience!

Things I didn't like were that the water in the shower kept changing from hot to cold and back every 5 seconds. The water also smelled weird when you first turn it on. I was only given one towel for 2 guests, and there was only one thin bedsheet and not blanket. The AC didn't really cool the room down.
