迪士尼科羅拉多斯普林斯度假村(Disney's Coronado Springs Resort)

Absolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!

It was a very nice and clean place.

Tout d'abord pour fin de mise en contexte nous sommes des clients assidus des hôtels Disney (plus de 30 fois) mais malheureusement cette fois ci la prestation n’y était pas. Pourtant l’hôtel et le site sont magnifique, un des plus beau de Disney et que dire de l’excellent restaurant Toledo. Malheureusement ça s’arrête là, c’est le ‘’Food court’’ le plus mal propre que j’ai vu à Disney, les pieds nous colle au sol tellement les planchers ne sont pas propre et les machines ‘’self-service’’ pour les boissons à volontés c’est dégueulasse, il y a du jus partout! Aussi très désagréable le fait que la chambre soit nettoyée aux deux jours, je comprends qu’au retour de la pandémie il pouvait manquer de personnel mais là c’est évident que c’est un choix administratif pour faire encore plus d’argent sur le dos de la clientèle. Mais le pire et je n’aurais jamais cru cela possible dans un établissement Disney c’est de passer la semaine à n'avoir aucune eau froide dans la chambre (vous avez bien lu) et tout le monde s'en foutaient. Essayez de prendre votre douche sans eau froide? L’eau chaude était partout, dans la douche, dans les robinets des éviers et même dans la toilette ?? Ils ont bien envoyé 2 techs pour nous faire taire mais le problème était quand même là jusqu’à notre départ. Enfin si vous tenez absolument à coucher dans un hôtel Disney évitez celui-ci.

Beautiful site set around a lake with a restaurant in the middle and plentiful pools and activities around the perimeter. We stayed in a cabana and it was excellent. Quiet and comfortable. The free bus service to the parks worked well although it was very busy at times. The food was fantastic everywhere we ate at the resort. The staff were helpful and friendly and the whole place felt incredibly calm and safe. The pools had free life jackets for infants and there were lots of lifeguards in the main pool. Only small criticisms would be that the arrival seemed rushed, we had to chase housekeeping to get our room cleaned and there is a lot of single use plastic and throw away cardboard plates used everywhere in Disney - would be good to see some more environmental responsibility. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Just returned from 10 nights stay in destino towel been before also and love it! A couple of peeves only one being given the run around for DAS due to my disability was told I could get it at Disney springs which we didn’t think you could only at a park however since we arrived in the evening thought well we will go as would be better sorting before visiting park in morning!!! The girl behind reception didn’t even phone through to check and thinking back she brushed us off! When we got to Disney springs and went to guest relations they said they have never done it there needs to be the parks so time wasted and too although to visit the park to sort! The bus now stops last at hotel before it was first at destino!! The cleaning of the room wasn’t great yes it was cleaned every second day but floor was always still dirty!!! I will return though but will be more vocal next time!!!

We’ve been at Coronado springs for five days. The room is spacious and comfortable. The resort itself is gorgeous, especially the bridge across the big pond - so picturesque. The staff is super friendly, the food is great. The bus stop for Disney is 2 minutes from our room! The kids loved the pool, playground, and arcade. However, we haven’t had turn-down service even once since we arrived, and we’ve called the front desk every day since day 2. As a mom, help tidying is one of the things I look most forward to when going on vacation - instead, we have felt disappointed each time we open the door to our room. Four of us living five days in a single room without a pass of a vacuum or a change is sheets has really “soiled” an otherwise wonderful stay. We finally had a housekeeping person (Adamarie) knock on our door this evening, but the kids are already in pyjamas and we leave in the morning. Added insult to injury.
