Para mi gusto sigue siendo el mejor hotel de el area, las habitaciones son grandísimas, tienen lavadora, secadora, cocina, lavavajillas, y muy buen servicio, no le pongo 5 estrellas, porque en esta o occasion, por la excusa de el COVID, tienen los cuartos súper sucios, me parece que no tiene sentido

This review is specifically about the DVC portion of the resort. This resort has undergone some recent renovations and I was happily surprised. In other renovations, Disney has been de-theming the resorts to make them less Disney and more generic. They did not go in that direction here at Boardwalk. The aesthetic of the common areas and rooms is very pleasant to the eye. Lots of sages, light blues...everything compliments each other. The theming in the room is just enough, not over the top. Classy Disney artwork, nothing cheesy or overwhelming. Really well done! This continues to be our favorite resort due to the proximity to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios and the recent renovations enhance the experience all that much more.

Completely underwhelmed. For a Disney "deluxe" this falls short. First of all, I've seen better pools at a Holiday inn. Yes it has a water slide, and if you have little kids maybe that will make it worth it. The bar at the pool does not have table service "until summer". None of the restaurants jump off the page as they are all Disney incarnates and let's face it, Disney restaurants are not known for their greatness. Go across the bridge to eat at the Dolphin. No room service despite it being advertised. I just wanted to relax with a cocktail so I went to their "famed" bell Vue lounge. No table service there either, you go up to the bar and get your drinks....ummm if I wanted to run drinks all afternoon I'd go to a college bar or a ball game, but if you're selling $24 cocktails, hire a server. Anyway, pretty ho-hum stay. Like the area but will probably stay at Dolphin or Beach Club going forward.

I was so excited to stay here. Normally, we stay at Pop but with the skyliner down we stayed here. We had a baby next door to us that cried every single night. The walls are very thin. People are way too loud in the halls late at night. Not sure if we will be back for the amount that we paid for to stay here.

We may have found a new home resort at Disney — the resort is absolutely beautiful, you simply cannot beat the location, outstanding dining options (especially Flying Fish), and the manager and her team truly went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip extra special from the moment we checked in to the moment we departed. Epcot fireworks from our balcony was a highlight. Thank you Kristin and Co. for an unforgettable stay. Highly, highly recommend this resort.

I stayed in the refurbished wing over Christmas. Most of the refurbishments are positive. In the lobby, the former grocery area is now a coffee shop and the concierge has been replaced with a small seating area where you can eat your snacks or just have somewhere extra to sit while waiting for your room to be ready. They also have an ice cream shop and appear to be putting a cake shop in the old ESPN, but the latter is still being framed out. In the villas, the sofa bed has been replaced with a Murphy bed that is much more comfortable and appears to be fairly large- possibly a queen size. The bathroom has totally been redone to remove the old peekaboo area in the bathtub area. The jetted tub is now a regular tub. The ceiling fans have been removed. There is a Disney Alexa speaker, but I am not sure what you can do with it. I could never get it to respond to me and the one time we asked it the weather it inserted all these of random Disney comments. There is a Keurig in the room. They only give you 4 pods and the grocery store pods are $17.99 for Disney branded coffee, so bring your own. Overall the updates are positive. We were in the end of the hall over by Swan and Dolphin. The water took forever to warm up and never really got hot.

Stayed here for 5 nights. The location and amenities of the resort are great, we appreciated being able to walk to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios but also having a boat if we didn't want to walk. You also have other resorts which are served by the boat (and walkable) if you want a choice of more restaurants. The villas are currently being refurbished and there was lot of building traffic using the walkway outside our building. It didn't affect our stay, but the view from our balcony overlooked where all the construction vehicles were parked. Our room did need a refurb though, it looked quite tired. Other than a blocked toilet, everything was clean and worked though. Our room was a very long way from the lobby, one of the furthest possible so it was quite a walk back to most of the resort facilities. There was a set of stairs however just along from our room which took us out to the car park and the walkway to Hollywood Studios so it was very convenient if going to either of those.
