奧蘭多布納維斯塔湖美洲長住酒店(Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Lake Buena Vista)

The lady who checked us in was kind and friendly. I asked for coffee and a coffee maker and she provided one promptly and with a smile. There were plenty of dining options near by. The only bad thing was the breakfast that was provided. Coffee with non dairy sweet creamer, sweet instant oatmeal and sweet breakfast bars. Diabetics beware. I would stay here again.

Me hicieron cargos a mi tarjeta de credito al otro de de yo haber dejado la localidad, cuando llame dure toda la mañana para lograr comunicarme con alguien que me ayudara, ne dijeron que no sabian de que era el cargo y que se iban a comunicar con el encargado y que me iban a devolver la llamada y nunca me llamaron. Al salir del hotel no te dan ek servicio de check out te dicen que dejes la tarjeta de llave en una caja.

The room was nice but a little stale smelling and needed an open window when we first arrived. Requesting kitchen stuff (just dishes, utensils, cups no pots or pans) was troublesome; an employee had to quickly hand wash what the hotel had left to be able to give us. The offered limited breakfast of coffee, oatmeal, muffins etc, was not stocked the entire time of our stay and we ended up getting Starbucks from down the street. All of the employees were very kind, gracious, thoughtful and gave no issues. But it felt like the management or how many employees are on staff at one time was lacking. Again, every employee we encountered went above and beyond and were incredible. But the management and infrastructure being able to achieve everything the hotel offered was lacking. It's not an employee issue at all.

Seulement un petit chaudron et une petite poêle pour cuisiner. L’un des ronds de poêle électrique ne fonctionnait pas à l’arrivée (à été réparé au jour 3). La chambre est très très très humide (rien n’y sèche). Il y a de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. La porte de la salle de bain ne barre pas. Le déjeuner n’est que muffin, gruau et café. Nous étions 5 adultes, et il n’y a que 2 chaises, 4 oreillers. La douche n’était pas propre à l’arrivée. Il n’y avait ni sel, ni poivre, ni huile pour cuisiner (éléments de base).

Carpet was dirty, room smelled like cigarette, bathtub shower was not working, front desk was not nice, breakfast was just a coffee and a small bread the first day and then the other day no bread at all, noisy, keys didn’t work to enter inside the room, called the front desk several times to resolve my bathroom problem and she didn’t answered until the 6 times.

Room smelled awful, changed to another room with less odor but hanging smoke alarm, rocking toilet and part of the faucet coming off. Found out the next day no one was supposed to be put in that room. The general manager did refund our payment but we changed hotels.

Please don’t go by the reviews. Because the our hotel room was clean. There was no smell, the staff at check (Ruth) was very nice, the hotel was clean and close to plenty of shopping. Disney is literally a block away. I would stay there again.

O Hotel tem pontos positivos e negativos: Pontos positivos: Tamanho do quarto, cozinha, geladeira, forno de MO, localização, atendimento dos funcionários, recebimento sem taxas extras de pacotes tipo Amazon, camas e um bom e gratuito estacionamento. Negativos: A A limpeza do quarto não foi feita durante toda estadia, o café da manhã - prometido durante a reserva - se resume ao café, creme adoçado e, se chegar cedo, a bolinhos e barrinhas de cereais. Encontrei no banheiro, por três vezes, minúsculas baratinhas. Mas ficaria de novo lá.
