I did not stay because there was a change of plan. The meeting was changed. I contact ******* to cancel my booking and get my refund back. Both parties (******* and Red Roof Inn) would not refund my money back. Both have taken my money. Therefore, I decided that I no longer deal with ******* and Red Roof Inn. Very poor and unprofessional. No courtesy at all to help me out. They just flat out by saying, "Sorry, we can't help you, but thank you for the money." Never again.
