The staff was friendly, but the first room they gave us was freezing! I turned the heat on and ran it for twenty minutes and it was still pretty cold, so I called the front desk. They sent maintenance and the gentleman said the heat was working but that it would take a while to warm up since it had been off. That was unacceptable, so I asked for and got a different room. The temperature in that room was fine. That night when we tried sleeping on the beds, we just could not. The beds were so hard and uncomfortable that we were all up by 3:00 am! By 6:15, we were ready to checkout even though we had reserved the room for two nights. There was just absolutely no way we could get any sleep on those beds! I will not be returning to this or any Aloft Hotel again!

Clean room, staff was pleasant it was New Year’s Eve and the lobby was decorated for the evening. The only thing kids were running through the hall knocking on the doors but it was still cool.

Nicest Mariott property I've ever stayed at The hotel is very updated and comfortable. The pool is very family friendly and the rooms are all updated and inviting. This is probably the nicest Mariott property I've ever stayed at. If I return to Cleveland I definitely want to stay here again. Bathrooms are great and the glass doors are a plus. The beds were very comfortable as well. The hotel even has a nice smell throughout it.

Amazing front staff and reception area. Overall Room was clean and orderly (pay attention to tiles in bathroom floor for mildew growth over time) Bar could've announced last call-she did not.

All was great except the kids running around and loud in the lobby I made all of the other guests just go to our room or else where instead of having a drink at the bar It ****** and yes u needed to hear this

Staff, clean room all good. I stay here whenever I drive through Cleveland.

No microwave in the room, shared community one in the lobby. I believe just 1 microwave

Room design is perfect. Service and cleanliness in the hotel was superb. We need more hotels like this.
