Nestled on 1 acre of land, this magnificent 3400sqft home is surrounded by some of the most pristine beauty that the Kenai Peninsula has to offer. Bear Creek, a beautiful salmon creek borders the back yard. Bear lake is less than a minute walk from the back door. This lake accommodates kayaks to float planes. The Guesthouse is masterfully crafted - composed of seven bedrooms and built to accommodate up to 14 guests overnight. Six bedrooms are located on the upper floor with access to respective full bathrooms. Two rooms include their own en suite bathrooms; two share a jack-and-jill style bathroom; and two share a single, separate bathroom. The bedroom on the bottom floor shares access with the full bathroom. All beds have tempur-pedicmattresses. Six rooms have queen beds, and the master suite has a beautiful king size bed.There is access to the house laundry now, but please no fishy clothing. There is a coin operated laundry 1/4 mile away and in town if needed. The GARAGE no access due to personal storage of families property.The kitchen is spacious and offers a large beautiful dining area comfortably seating 14. The kitchen is perfectly suited for all the needs of the guests desiring to cook or entertaining. A smoked wood pellet Tragar grill is easily accessed on the large, concrete patio located just off the dining room.
