博蒙特西拉昆塔温德姆套房酒店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Beaumont West)

This hotel is close to I-10, decent restaurants, the botanical garden, and a good park for viewing waterbirds. I got stuck here due to bad weather. A comfortable place to lay over.

The second night we got back to our room our key did not work we tried 8 different keys from the front desk and they didn’t work at all either it took them 3 hours to get our room open. The toilet was also clogged like If nobody had gone in to clean it. Lastly the fire alarm went off due to another guest and they could not turn off the alarm till and hour later

Check-In process was lengthy. Deposit was required prior to check-in. Which was not explained while booking. Will never stay here again.

The state of the hotel is older and there is a definite feeling of age to the rooms. They do supply a mini-frig, but the only sink is in the bathroom. The beds and bathroom did the job, and the AC was cool. Breakfast was fine, but didn't have a lot of options.

Staff hardly spoke to me during check in. The property is tried and in need of an upgrade. Value for money - NO!

Price was a plus. AC smelled musty. Thank you!

The check I was totally weird, some random guys was apparently freaking out the young girl at the desk , my room smelled so bad like mildew and mold I could barely sleep . I requested noon check out and and the cleaning lady are make noise and yelling at each other . So I could not sleep and at 11:40 . She’s knocking on my door asking if we are leaving. It overall was a pretty crappy experience.

I've stayed at several La Quinta Inns before, but this was the worse. The AC rattled all night. When I called the front desk early in the morning, she rudely said she could do nothing about it. The room had a broken door lock, the furniture scratched. The housekeeping staffed forgot to put coffee replacements in my room (I stayed for three days) and never changed the sheets. The towels were thin. The place was a big disappointment.

Loved having access to the laundry. Also, no exorbitant pet fee.
