Was very nice, the cleaning ladys we're swwet and nice, the rooms was quiet anx the pool was always clean... just vaccum the halls and stairway a little better and it would be 5 star great! Other than that it was great

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to ANYONE.Customer service is horrible. I was placed in a room where the A/C leak water( lots of water). Which they was aware of before putting me in that room. When I spoke with the maintenance guy Christian after speaking with the rude lady at the front desk. He said he attempted to repair it before but don’t know what was causing it to repair it. So I’m confused to why that room is still available to guest.
**The towels are dirty.
**Housekeeping doesn’t come to clean your room.
** And please check your receipts and keep them until after all transactions is completed.

This hotel did not accommodate a full kitchen no pots and pans nor eating utensils had to ask for a coffee pot no ironing board and the plumbing in the bathroom ******.

The front desk rep was super nice and accomodating. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean, fresh linen. Pet friendly with a $15 fee.
