DESCRIPTION: Large residence that can accommodate up to 16 people. 10 minutes from Old Quebec, near Montmorency Falls, Île d’Orléans and Baie de Beauport. You will appreciate its privacy and the proximity of several neighborhood businesses such as pharmacy, grocery store, convenience store and liquor store. The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, conventional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking equipment and dishes. A table that can accommodate up to 6 people is also there (additional folding chairs available). A second side table and additional chairs are also at your disposal. The rooms have a wardrobe and some of them have a work desk. Access to play structures in the schoolyard behind the house is permitted until 8:00 p.m. At the corner of Rue Labelle and Avenue Royale, just a two-minute walk away, you will find a convenience store offering a wide choice of beers from micro-breweries. You will also find here the excellent butcher shop “La Boucherie Bélanger”. During the summer season, don't forget to visit the neighboring business, "Chocolat Royal", a chocolate shop offering succulent ice creams.
