Travelodge by Wyndham Milford

It was way out of the way for what we thought looking at the map. People were friendly. The bed only had a sheet. No blanket. When we found the blanket, it hadn’t been washed. We slept ok.

Das Motel liegt am Rand von Milford und ist sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und mit einem bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit war überall einwandfrei. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich auch ein gutes Diner für Abendessen und Frühstück.

This is about the only place to stay in Milford, and it's not cheap. It has big rooms and is reasonably comfortable. A big plus is that Pennys Diner, a 24 hour place, is in the parking lot. In fact, you check in at the diner. So although the rooms have a mini fridge and microwave, there is no in-room coffee. You can walk across the parking lot and get your bottomless cup of coffee from the diner for $2.50, and it's usually fresh. We stayed two nights and there was no room refresh the second day, but that's likely due to so little staff available in this little town. If you're rockhounding around or travelling through Milford this is very convenient.

Good clean rooms and comfortable beds. No amenities though. No pool or coffee or continetal breakfast. You have to pay for breakfast or coffee at the diner.

The room was clean and the people friends. However, the bed was short...and I'm only 5'10.

Upon check-in, the desk attendant did not know where my room was located, he had to ask the cook who appeared to be a crack addict. Once we parked and started to unpack, the attendant came over to the car and said my card wasn't accepted. I showed him my confirmation and bank statement, but wasn't sure. Once that was cleared, towels were dirty, I asked for clean towel and maybe another pillow or two, and didn't hear anything from him again.

When I went to take a shower there was no hot water. My husband finally figured it our. The faucet was installed wrong. We were theee for a funeral in Beaver. The bed was comfortable. Bathtub was not very clean or maybe just old. No breakfast.

For being out in the middle of no where this place was great!! It’s an older hotel but worked for just what we needed! The diner next door was nice for take out! Not too far from Grand Basin NP!
