Bien sûr, voici la traduction en anglais : --- We are currently staying at the Park Hyatt Colorado and while the setting is incredible and the welcome impeccable, one aspect of our stay has unfortunately marred our experience: the dining. We have been here for five days and have found breakfast to be a real nightmare. It takes an hour to get a simple omelet, even when the restaurant is almost empty with only two or three tables occupied. This excessive wait is incomprehensible and frustrating, especially when we need to leave early in the morning for hikes and need a good breakfast to start the day. The servers are lovely and very professional, always apologetic and embarrassed by the situation, but they can't do anything about it. They offer us cups of coffee, but it gets cold before we even get our breakfast, which is really unpleasant. It seems the chef is completely out of touch with the needs of the guests or just doesn't care. It's really a shame because everything else about this hotel is perfect. Thank you to Adam for his professionalism and kindness; he did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We hope that management can take steps to improve this essential service.

Picked this location to celebrate our 50th anniversary with family. No issues, seller service, flawless property.

Not the best. Beautiful location, clean rooms, but not really as amazing as you'd expect from a Hyatt, especially if you are a member. You will not be able to work here. There is no quiet. You won't find coffee in the lobby - unless you're willing to pay six bucks a cup (really, Hyatt?). Room service will not respect requests for quiet and privacy - they knocked and knocked and knocked all day despite my respectfully declining, they kept coming back and knocking more. I was on the phone several times in court hearings and I had to stop and answer the door to get the to stop. Not just once - this was ongoing. They would not take no for an answer. When I finally opened the door and asked them to either clean or please leave me alone, but quietly because I was on the phone with a judge, they apologized and I thought they'd stop. Ten minutes later they started CALLING! Incessantly. Every day. I was there for a biz conference and I had to work in between and I could not get any peace. in the evenings people were partying loudly all night in the hallways - weeknights! - and the staff did nothing. Some people are here for vacation, which would be a blast, sure. But if you are here for work, you're going to struggle. I got no quiet and no sleep. And no coffee. Thanks Hyatt. Also, I'm a Hyatt member and pay a fortune annually in fees and one of the benefits is supposed to be no resort fees, but they didn't honor that at all. I didn't feel like I got any membership benefit here at all. Very meh for business travel.

Great location with proximity to ski area and village amenities; very helpful staff for all of our needs; fitness area is a 5 star; and the restaurant at 8100 is excellent.

It was a lovely stay, so beautiful, great and very helpful service and wonderful bed. It was so nice that everything, all the events were right there and we did not have to get in the car. The patio and mountain behind are breathtaking. We were able to go for hikes right from the hotel.

It's been quite a while since I've experienced this level of service at a US hotel. The staff were friendly and competent and anticipated my needs. If I had a question, they were informed and helpful. The room was incredibly comfortable as well. I will definitely stay here again.

Way above expectations. The views were awesome. The service was spot on and the people were great. Book a room on the mountain view side.

We love this hotel. We have tried a few other hotels in the area and always come back to the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek. Our experience is always superior. But this time, the bar was raised even higher. We received extraordinarily special care for our family. We felt like highly valued customers. The hotel and restaurant staff went out of their way to make our visit extra special. We visit Vail Valley and Beaver Creek every year (multiple times), but this visit exceeded our already top-notch experience. Thank you to the whole hotel team in making our visit the most memorable ever.

The property is amazing however they lack on the amount of staff need it to run the hotel during summer time. Ordering breakfast at the restaurant was a nightmare. It took 15-20 min to get to order and another 30 min too ok get the order. We almost lost a tour because of this. Cleanliness of the room was horrible. It took them 3 days to take a glass of wine and a glass of water that was left in the room from the first night. The bathroom was not clean up nicely and properly every day. Also we asked the concierge to follow up on some dinning reservation and he never did. Very poor service for a high end resort.

This is a very well-managed hotel in the very heart of Beaver Creek Village. The lobby is grand and there were lots of cozy spots to gather throughout the hotel. We enjoyed delicious, complimentary, ala carte breakfasts thanks to our having booked through Amex’s Fine Hotels and Resorts Program. Room was large and clean. There were many hooks for clothes and towels. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were of very good quality. The furnishings were well thought out and useful. There could have been more USB charging plugs. The newer towels in the bathroom were not very absorbent and the showers had terrible water pressure. The HVAC system worked very well (which is very important to me.) The best thing about the Park Hyatt is it’s lovely location in the very heart of Beaver Creek Village. We had a very nice stay.

The food provided for the conference was horrible. For the dinners, virtually everything was over cooked, dry, favorless & tasteless. For breakfast, it was the same menu every day of which there was no variety of choices which included missing varieties such as hash browns, waffles, pancakes, French toast, biscuits & gravy & the list goes on. I have already voiced my complaint to the hosting organization leadership & many attendees at the conference agree. A high-end resort such as yours, is providing poor choices & quality of food. If & when I come back, unless something changes, I will not eat at your resort & I will go elsewhere. Please take note of this, because it may affect the potential return of this large event to your venue.

The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is obviously a top draw hotel property. The question is - does it live up to its status? From our experience there, the answer is an unqualified yes (and then some). Everything you would expect from nice rooms to good food to great location, etc. are all as good as advertised. But what was surprising was the quality of the staff. We met many young, well educated, kind, smart and helpful people from all over the world. They all performed their job duties well. But the quality of conversations we had with them far exceeded any expectation we had. And far exceeded the usual conversations we have had with staff elsewhere. The GM at this property, Herb Rakliff, not only knows how to manage a well run property. He also knows how to find top notch employees who have the awesome ability to enhance the guest experience way beyond expectation! We will be back - again and again!

Fantastic property. Everyone I came across was truly helpful. James at the front desk, especially, a world traveler, had a wonderful demeanor despite working overnight and impressed me with his poise and need to help. I had gone downstairs at 630AM to ask for help with transportation and everything was booked up, Uber or Lyft were not available either, and all taxis were taken. James seeing we had exhausted all options, offered to take me himself and came up with the great solution where I could charge it to the room and added a note that allowed me to expense it with my company. He was very solutions driven and his calmness gave me the confidence to know that should this happen again, I could remain relaxed because this team would do anything within their reach to help me. I also had dietary needs and throughout the conference, I needed to have accommodations made but was not a challenge as the staff made it happen each time and with grace. I was overall very impressed by the property and the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping clearly does a great job and I used to inspect rooms for a living so trust me, there was no hair anywhere. It was very sanitized. Le labo for toiletries, wow -fantastic?! I will definitely return to this property for another occasion. The lift up the mountain was so beautiful and safe also! Great hikes around that took my breath away.
