I tend to stay at high end hotels so take this review with a grain of salt. The hotel had flat screen TVs but did not have any HD channels. The channel guide was not accurate and was on a piece of paper. There was no option to use a guide on the screen or login to a streaming service. Toilet was old school circle the drain slow flush. They only clean the room every 3 days and if you want everyday, you have to tell them. Some of the USB’s in the room were not working. Unfortunately, I think this was the 2nd best hotel in the area. Yikes!!!

The ladies at the check in desk couldn't have been more pleasant. We arrived at 245pm and were told there were no king rooms cleaned or ready for us at that time. We were offered a handicapped room that was a king and ready to go. We agreed and moved in. The room smelled rank, there were no curtains, and no hot water. We checked out at 445am, without sleep! Never again!

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Excellent little restaurant with great burgers. Breakfast was incredible.

It was a nice hotel with a nice location. Easy on/off highway, near a lot of food choices. A nice pool and hot tub. Very nice staff. The room floor was a bit sticky and there was a stain on the bed sheet. Other than that, a good place and clean.

Autumn was very helpful and efficient during our check in after a long car ride from Canada! We appreciated her pleasant nature and knowledge. The suite was large, clean and nicely laid out for our family’s overnight stay. The only disappointment…. Signs stated the Holiday Inn is a smoke free hotel yet there was an overwhelming smoke odour lingering in the hallway. Otherwise great stay, free breakfast and lovely staff. Thanks very much!

4th floor suite you would think would be quiet. A blower of some sort is deafening in the room. My husband is a bit hard of hearing so we didn’t move rooms but I slept with a pillow covering my head. Room was dated and in a retro theme no less…. bed was comfortable.

Modern rooms, great to have a restaurant on site. Tile floor in room was a bit sticky so cleanliness could be better

Exactly half way to Orlando from our house and just off the highway wit several restaurants nearby fo dinner. Staying here on our way home.

I have stayed here before and the last couple times the rooms that I had were renovated and very nice. This time not so much. Holes in the wall cracked bed terrible tv At the price paid for this room for one night I am not thrilled and will definitely consider other options in future

The staff were super friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and my daughter got to eat for free. The pool and hot tub were excellent, especially after a long day on the slopes. We will definitely be back!

We had to evacuate the building on our second night because of an alarm that went off. This was around 1 o’clock in the morning and we were startle from sleep. We had to leave the building and went to our car and it was 30 degrees and snowing. Come to find out someone was smoking in the room. The second night that we stayed there was someone with the children directly above our room. They stomped around on the floor until late into the morning. We could hear just about every move, they made. I would suggest when scheduling rooms that they look where they place people with children. They certainly should not be on a top floor if they’re going to be rambunctious. The meals were wonderful. The waitress was super. Breakfast was absolutely the best we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Kudos to your kitchen staff
