Service was a bit slow

Great stay

Hotel prefeito, ótima localização, confortável, quarto espaçoso, boa internet, café da manhã de qualidade. Há uma passarela no quarto andar que vai direto para o Rosebank Mall com centenas de lojas. Na rua, ao redor do shopping tem muita restaurante de qualidade. A única coisa negativa é o tamanho do box do chuveiro. O atendimento também foi muito adequado.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of a great trip to South Africa. Check in and staff generally very good and helpful, breakfasts very good, buffet style with eggs to order. We ate one night in the champagne bar area- nice bar food , the club sandwich and beef slides are delicious! The other evening we ate in the restaurant- exceptional service and high quality food. Unfortunately our first night was awful! We were on the top floor,( to be fair I had requested a high floor because of another review which mentioned a lot of traffic noise on the lower floors) and we were woken at 4 am by a horrendous noise above us- it went on for hours and it turns out it was the generator kicking in as they have frequent power outages in the city. We managed eventually to get back off to sleep only to be woken at 8 am by drilling and room refurbishment work in the room next to us!! A bit of communication that guests were next door would not have gone amiss guys! We moved to a lower floor(6) and had a better nights sleep the second night. Overall this is a nice hotel in a good location, there is a great mall attached to it next door- but would I stay here again given the issues we had? Probably not.

The hotel staff and service were excellent. We would defintely recommend this hotel. We especially loved being able to walk into the mall from the hotel. The staff in the restaurant and front desk was very courteous and helpful and make our stay great!!!

Overall it’s an excellent hotel. The restaurant has the same menu everyday. Staff is very friendly. We can walk to the mall without getting out on to the street.

Nice boutique hotel.

Stayed here only one night -the sleeping quality was very good and hotel clean. Bit of a disaster regarding the hotel sorting our collection and delivery back to airport as the shuttle was late and dropped us at wrong terminal. Reasonable prices and the food was outstanding.
