新希望套房酒店(New Hope Inn & Suites)

This is not a good hotel. The heater (plug in unit) broke at some point while we were sleeping so I woke up very cold and there wasn't anything to do about it. I was only staying one night. I told the front desk guy the next morning and he said sorry about that but didn't offer a discount or anything. The bathroom in the room was old. Lots of things in the room seemed old and shoddy. The toilet handle was worn away and rusted. A framed picture on the wall had a wood frame that was chipped and scratched. When I left my room I couldn't figure out where the ice was. Had to walk around a few minutes to find it. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was pretty bad. Cheap scrambled eggs that had little taste. raw-looking hash brown potato cubes. On the positive side, the bartender working on Saturday night was a cool guy and the bed was comfortable. Mosty it seems that this place is long overdue for some room renovation but they're trying to squeeze the shoddy place for every dollar it can in the meantime. I would absolutely never stay in this place again though.

We were supposed to get breakfast and there was none due to staff no show. We had an 8 am appoin**ent in Doylestown so no time to find something else. We had to go to Wawa and eat in the car. A credit would be expected for this inconvenience

My room had been recently renovated apparently and was nicely done and squeaky clean. The lobby and public areas were also impressive and appeared to be recently redone. The complimentary breakfast bar included hot dishes well prepared. All in all, a pleasant stay for a reasonable ******* price of $135.

The property needs a major rehab: chipped concrete and paint, old heating units in rooms, rusty railings, trash (e.g., broken bike) in stairwell, clogged sink, tiny bathroom, and so on. It seems you're doing the best you can with a dilapidated property.

Bed was comfortable but the room could use some touch up in places. Staff was very friendly and there was a bar on-site with a TV. There is a wonderful outdoor pool area with pool bar. Being it was December, we didn’t use it.

The Positive: The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a decent hot breakfast daily. The pool is wonderful with excellent chaise lounges and a pool bar. The negative: The rooms are located in a dated exterior corridor motel style setup. The rooms are clean, but dated as well.

The property was very nice. We were awaken by a noisy group of people at around 2:30 am, and the front desk handled it immediately.

Our room was dirty and overpriced. The layout was more like a motel. Elevator didn't go to all floors. Breakfast was okay but they ran out an didn't replace items.

The room was very nice and the beds were most comfortable. The towels were also nice. They leave you soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion in small sizes, but enough for each night. The front desk is most helpful. The only thing I wish was different is that I would like the main lobby closer, instead of a motel layout. Other than that, it is a great and affordable place.
