果園酒店(The Orchard)

It was our beautiful stay in this hotel, we travelled at the first week of September. The Staffs are very polite and well behaved from every depar**ent. Specially Mr. Samrat who helped us in our billing process at the of check out and communicated with us in a very professional way. The property is fully decorated with gardens. Hopefully we will visit soon again in this property.

This is one of my best experience provided by Orchard Hotel every depar**ent, I stayed 7 days here , room was so clean , decorative, spacious , ***** with best food and service which I received from team, credit goes to Mr. Pranab Majumdar and his entire Team members such a kind of Maharaja trea**ent feeling , Thanks once again, i suggested all who will come jharsuguda visit here only , I will be back soon

***darin Restaurant of The Orchard Jharsuguda looks very good and ambience is pleasant. Staffs are also pleasant and menu card is impressive. But the tables are topped with cotton napkin should be placed on the serving plate keeping in view proper hygiene and to satisfaction of the customer. Food quality is ok and potion also maintained. Must go once at least and try its wide range of menu.

Not the perfect experience at the hotel. From the start arrogance was dripping in abundance. When I called to book the gentle*** at the other end spoke with an attitude which sounded like “book if you want to, we really dont care” but then I booked a room via yatra and check in While checking in I asked for an upgrade which the gentle*** said that he has rooms but comes at an extra charge, then I showed him the voucher which specifically said that if room is available I would get upgraded. Then the Mr. Samrat who happens to be the ***ager and the senior most authority at the hotel (as he refuse to call his senior) told me that no room is available. Suddenly from pay to upgrade to no upgrade in seconds. Then the gentle*** asked me for my company details after giving him the details he tells me i cant bill you on it as you havent mentioned it in voucher. All hotels around the world can be accommodating apart from MR. SAMRAT. Strongly feel that there is a notion of superiority that these people have on top of there nose, which they can get over with. On another note saw a hotel named ARYAN. I feel that would be much more justifiable given at the price point one books Orchard.

This is the best property within a small town like Jharsuguda, the rooms are well and sufficiently decorated, maintains good hygiene. Food quality is good, buffet breakfast are available and menu are ok standard. May relax in swimming pool after workout at gym. Overall a good experience.

It was a routine business trip, a long day, and get down at Jharsuguda airport and there is no cab service. Local taxi price was charging extremely high price...probably it is the problem in all remote areas. if we remember Dadar Station before app cab days! Finally I have arrived my hotel, was little uneasy , I booked the hotel in my flight and air hostess was telling to keep the phone, and found it was not Royal Orchid, its a stand alone hotel Orchard! Pros: 1. Spacious room 2. Maintain and clean hotel 3. Attentive staffs 4. Good quality of foods 5. I met the Head of operations nice , friendly gentle*** Con 1. A bit over priced 2. Breakfast is very basic 3. Toiletries are little lower in quality Critical Point 1. Sleep quality is poor, need to take care of window installation in room, glass must be DGU 2. Need to change the pillows and increase the number of it in the bed 3. When you use hot water from the shower, there is absolutely no water pressure 4. There is no proper WiFi for business traveller Verdict In my next visit I shall again stay here. They have nice swimming pool, which I was not able to use. The hotel has full of plants, it a pleasure for eyes. I recommend this hotel

It wasn't my first visit here. I have been here twice earlier. The ambience and the service provided is good. The quality of food provided now is just not acceptable. The taste of the food was miserable. It's not what you expect from a reputed hotel. Definitely not visiting here again!

It was my first visit here and was very much disappointed with the quality of food. The ambience and the interior is good but the food quality is terrible. Hanging out with the family to a reputed hotel like this and getting disappoin**ent in return was very much unexpected.
