賽義夫套房酒店(Saifi Suites)

Un très bel Boutique hôtel, chambre Grande et spacieuse agréable et bien pensé.tres bien placé le personnel en général est bon, et plus particulièrement à la réception YARA ,NOUR,HAYTHAM ET HUSEIN. Les femmes de chambre sont gentilles mais oublie toujours de mettre quelque chose dans la chambre il ne faut pas hésiter à rappeler la réception.. Seul point noir dans le tableau et le service restauration. Le petit déjeuner , il y a plein de petite choses, mais vous ne sentez pas le Liban. On a envie de manger libanais au Liban alors ils mettent des petites pizzas au thin ou au fromage ou à la tomate faite à 5h du matin alors quand vous arrivez à 8h ou à 9 h pour prendre le petit déjeuner elles sont froides est dur comme du bois l, idem pour le Labné ils le mettent dans un petit pot où on arrive même pas à le manger sans huile d’olive sans rien et bien sûr la moindre des choses d’avoir un peu du bon pain Libanais, et bien non un petit déjeuner à revoir totalement par un vrai professionnel libanais. Je ne viens pas au Liban pour manger du saumon ou du jambon. Un pays où il y a tellement de bonne chose . Le Room service mérite aussi un meilleur contrôle de la propreté .

Dana in Marketing and Yara at reception were the most professional, friendly and provided excellent service upon deciding on my stay with Saifi Suites. The rest of the staff are professional, the rooms are very clean, cozy and modern with a great view. Felt very safe and comfortable in this hotel. Breakfast was great too! I would definitely book to stay here on my next vacation and work trip. Value for money is apparent and location is like no where else we stayed.

"Ich habe das Pech gehabt, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten und es war eine absolute Katastrophe. Der WC-Abfluss war ständig verstopft und es war so laut, dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Das Hotel verdient höchstens 2 Sterne, wenn überhaupt. Der Fernseher war defekt, das Licht flackerte die ganze Nacht und das Frühstück war eine Zumutung - viele Lebensmittel waren abgelaufen. Das Personal war ständig schlecht gelaunt oder beschäftigt mit ihren Handys, als ob sie keine Lust hätten, mit den Gästen zu interagieren. Jeden Tag gab es Stromausfälle und das Internet funktionierte auch nicht. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen und werde es auch niemals wieder besuchen.“

I didn’t have a good experience in this hotel and I would not recommend it for anyone who cares about their health. I booked to stay for five days and was barely able to sleep through the first night due to the mold issues in the AC vents. I had a sensitivity reaction and couldn’t breath properly, so I had to check out of the hotel earlier than the end of my stay. The receptionist was trying to convince me that black mold is a normal AC condition that did not affect health in any way. I have requested a refund for the rest of my stay and the receptionist told me that I had to contact ******* and talk to them about the refund. When ******* agents spoke with the hotel they refused the refund. This hotel doesn’t care about their guests nor do they understand the effects of mold on health. Not recommended at all, there are better hotels in Beirut that are new and clean and will not cause any respiratory issues.

Nice superior room. Everything was ok. I liked the balcony where I ate my dinner that I ordered through room service. Too tired to go out to eat in one of the nice restaurants of Gourad street. Well, I shouldn’t have ordered Lasagne in Lebanon, the cook forgot to put pasta under the tons of cheese.

I enjoyed my four night stay at Saifi Suites. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony. The staff is very pleasant. The hotel is located in the downtown area and is walking distance to several must see sites such as the Roman Ruins and Martyr’s square. There are Restaurant’s and boutiques close by.

The rooms and in-room facilities were excellent. Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, as was the staff very nice. However, the breakfast was forgettable, even below criticism. Dry pastries, poor selection, apparently less fresh products.

I recently booked a night at the Saifi Suite as I needed it for an overnight transit flight. When we arrive at the hotel, they don’t even let us in the lobby because we have our two small dogs with us. They don’t have the courtesy to help find another establishment but keep us outside in the cold while we find another nearby hotel. Regardless of their pet policy, they should be ashamed of themselves and their staff rudeness (from the receptionist to the manager) the least thing they can do was let us in the lobby considering we had just landed after a 5 hours flight and let us search for a new place in comfort.
