Per motivi di lavoro ho alloggiato in questo albergo per un lungo periodo...la posizione è in una zona centrale di Beirut, ben collegata con tutte le attività di maggior interesse della città. Il personale è molto competente e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Molto consigliato per chi volesse trascorrere una piacevole vacanza in questa bellissima città.

Hotel fantastico, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere molto ampie e confortevoli ed estremamente curata la pulizia e l'igiene. Anche il ristorante di elevato livello. Assolutamente consigliato, per qualsiasi tipo di esigenza, dal viaggio per affari al viaggio per vacanza

À mon sens, le meilleur hôtel du Liban, le plus pro: d’une propreté exceptionnelle, avec un personnel courtois mais jamais envahissant, une déco chic, un service toujours présent, un petit-dej buffet d’une qualité rare, mélange de spécialités libanaises et internationales, avec beaucoup de légumes et de fruits. Notre chambre-studio est spacieuse et de très bon goût, équipée: au moins 100 chaînes télé, frigo, micro-onde, etc. J’aime aussi beaucoup la terrasse, fleurie et ombragée avec son bar. Bref, vous l’aurez compris, j’y reviendrai à chaque fois que je viendrai au Liban.

The front desk staff definitely require some urgent intense training as i am not sure how this aparthotel can be a 5 star venue...When i asked for a customer service number, they asked for my number instead, telling me the manager will reach out; however, its been 4 days and no one called...i guess there is no adequate customer service. How can a hotel with a mediocre service have a rating of 5 stars? Who gives that rating? Its misleading and deceitful..

Le séjour à the KEY APARTHOTEL Beirut a été génial sur tous les plans: chambre, service, restauration, tout était au top !!! Un service impeccable avec une mention spéciale à Mme Tereza qui a été très agréable et très pro. Merciiii. On y retournera bientôt.

L'hotel è veramente eccellente, dislocato al centro della città di Beirut è di facile raggiungimento. La pulizia è ottima, le camere sono veramente grandi ed accoglienti. Gli ospiti hanno a dispozione un grandissimo garage curato e con il servizio di sorveglianza. Il personale è veramente gentile e sempre disponibile. L'hotel ha anche un market interno aperto 24h

Esperienza davvero positiva. La struttura è molto bella, curata nei minimi particolari, spiccano gentilezza del personale e pulizia degli ambienti, ubicazione strategica...pur essendo distante dal centro 5 minuti di auto è fuori dal traffico cittadino e prossimo alle grandi arterie che portano fuori città. Consigliatissimo

Ho soggiornato 2 notti presso questa struttura. L’hotel è molto luminoso e curato. La camera pulita, l’hotel presenta una piccola palestra, peccato sia dislocata nel parcheggio sotterraneo. Le pietanze servite sono state gradite. Consiglio.

L’Hotel si presenta in modo impeccabile. Personale sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta dal primo all’ultimo giorno del periodo di permanenza. Servizio di pulizia della camera impeccabile e puntuale. Palestra un po’ piccola, ma ugualmente funzionale.
