The room was full of long hair in many parts. The room, which is paid is very narrow. The ceiling light connector is placed in a way that is dangerous. None of the remotes work and there is no display so it is not possible to know if the AC is working. I ordered a mutton biryani and it was a large quantity of 6 pieces but I could not eat a single piece of meat because it was uncooked.

We had a wonderful experience at Gateway Bekal. The ambience is warm and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The service, while good, has room for improvement to match the overall quality of the place. However, the highlight of our visit was the food — it was absolutely amazing, with rich flavors and fresh ingredients that made every bite memorable. The presentation and attention to detail were impressive. A perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy a great dining experience in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended!

Worst front desk staff manager is hidden don't want to meet the guest asked for late check-out and they were charging full money

Good place for stay and the food is also very good. Location is very convenient. However, your driving skills will be tested fully to reach car parking place. Even, going to the restaurant from the room is also challenging and good exercise.

Water supply is a problem. Bath room had scorpio. No hot water from the shower sp. Will not be suitable for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is easy to locate as it is on the main road. The premises are kept clean. The room allotted to me was quiet and calm. Some negatives like wifi was not working and room services are not always upto the mark. Veg food was ok, not great. Overall, it is good for a day or two.

They welcomed me in a very good manner but the washroom health post was not working and the bedsheet was tone

Very first time i visited their bar and i think there is no House keeping department to clean the toilet and all worst... 🥵🥸blaaaa but the service from mr. Santhosh was excellent. 👌🏻 experienced their bar first time but i will not repeat their bar ever

We booked our stay in this hotel as a stopover before our main stay at a different hotel. The room was neat, clean and hygienic which generally are the main concerns when you stay at budget friendly hotels. Would recommend to budget travellers

Need to work out easy access to the restaurant. Otherwise, food quality is very good
