這家旅館怎麼會被評為五星級？ 它很舊而且維護得不好。打開的電路板也存在重大危險。 餐廳沒有空調，所以吃飯不是很舒服。 至於食物，食物中有小蟲子是完全不可接受的。 完全不推薦。

Bon séjour, bien pour 3 nuits. La réception au top. Nous avons réservé la junior suite qui donne sur la plage donc parfait ! Un petit bémol pour le restaurant qui était assez bruyant le matin (car très grand et donc beaucoup de passage).

The best part of the hotel is the lagoon in front of the hotel - if you are into snorkelling. When the tide is high you can see a lot. But you should bring your own mask, snorket, fins, unless you are willing to pay 12 Euros per hour for a set. The property is sprawling. Lots of pleasant walking around. Two restaurants, with the By the Water one much better than Mercado (buffet). Book it for all night right away when you arrive. There are 180 rooms in the hotel and the By the Water restaurant takes about 50 (my guess) guests per night. This also means that there are long waits during dinner (easily 2-hour sessions). Rooms show their age but are still good. Keep light off in the evening; otherwise there will be mosquitos. Keep any food away from the room; otherwise you can have a visitor (a mouse). We were in a larger room with access to the Plantation where it is possible to have breakfast, snacks, and a semi-private pool. But this costs extra, and I am now not sure if it is worth it. There are some water activities, but they are limited either by the way the beach is (kayak) or how often they are run (snorklering and glass bottom boat trips). The pool is nice. Overall, a very good stay for 4 nights. But check when you are going. We paid a lot because it was over the New Year. We had a breakfast/dinner package, and even with that, we had to pay an extra 80 euros per head for the New Year's dinner (not including wine). New Years activities were good: a live band, DJ, some dancing, and a fire-swallowing show, plus HUGE 5-minute-long fireworks over the ocean.

今天特別棒，服務特別滿意。衞生。挺好，房間比較心。感覺特別舒服。不如體驗特別好，而且提前到達也安排了休息區。

We only had two nights but enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the big double bath and massive bed and good quality linens. They organised a lovely small birthday cake which was much appreciated. We managed to get a free glass bottom boat trip there which we enjoyed. We ate in The Mercado and Edgewater and both were very good.

Unser Aufenthalt im Outrigger Beach Resort war einfach nur fantastisch und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Bereits bei der Ankunft sind uns die sauberen und hervorragend gepflegten Anlagen sofort positiv aufgefallen. Dieser Eindruck zog sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer sind nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch erstaunlich ruhig, sodass wir jede Nacht erholsam geschlafen haben. Das Bett war so bequem, dass man morgens am liebsten gar nicht aufstehen wollte. Das absolute Highlight aber sind die Mitarbeiter. Das gesamte Team ist außerordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Ein besonderes Lob geht an Sam aus dem Restaurant! Er ist ein wirklich super Typ, der mit seiner herzlichen Art und seinem professionellen Service unsere Mahlzeiten zu etwas Besonderem gemacht hat. Ein echter Gewinn für das Resort! Das Essensangebot war durchweg leckerschmeckend und frisch. Das Buffet war so vielfältig, dass immer für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Zusammengefasst: Ausgezeichneter Service, traumhafte Anlage und ein Team, das sich spürbar Mühe gibt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Outrigger Beach Resort ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank für eine unvergessliche Zeit!

Es ist ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Das Zimmer ist groß und das Bett breit und gemütlich. Das Abendessen in Buffetform schmeckt gut mit vielen indischen Currys. Der Strand ist hübsch und es sind genug Liegen da. Manches im Hotel ist etwas veraltet.
