I was likely given a very poor room because I arrived quite late. Although the room had a window, there was almost no natural light, and it fell far short of the "city view" described. The overall experience was disappointing, especially compared to what was advertised. I hope the hotel can improve room allocation and ensure that all guests receive a stay that matches the description, regardless of their arrival time.
