貝爾法斯特泰坦尼克號酒店(Titanic Hotel Belfast)

Central location in Belfast directly opposite the Titanic experience - so fab location. Food was OK but unexciting and did not show case Belfast/Northern Ireland local produce which I have been told is brilliant. The "Food Miles" were not shown on menus so I had no idea which dish used local ingredients. Overall, I felt the hotel was quiet expensive even with the trip.com discounts.

Un très belle hotel en face du musée Titanic. Pour le reste il faut une voiture ou prendre le taxi pour visiter Belfast et de découvrir d'autres restaurants. Le personnel est fantastique et toujours prêt à vous aider.

As the Harland and Wolff Titanic Drawing Office, this building is full of history and has many references back to its original life. Framed pictures and photographs adorn the staircase and public areas. Fabulous place and helpful staff

The hotel is beautiful lots of history to explore inside, unfortunately no sleep air-con system also is for heating it was -1 outside the heating was very difficult to keep steady changing speeds pointing directly towards the bed, we gave up and left the hotel at 05:30 to drive home to sleep.

Possibly the cleanest hotel, I’ve ever stayed in, and with the friendliest service I’ve had in the UK. Amazing breakfast, beautifully decorated bathroom, stunning hallways and entrances. Genuinely warm service like you would expect in somewhere like the United States but wouldn’t normally get closer to home! Night staff seemed a little bit confused about how to get to the car park and how to pay for parking. I got one night in the car park free and one that I had to pay for. They didn’t seem to understand the system very well. Amazingly well located for the Titanic tour. Would happily call this a five star hotel.

Had a fabulous stay. The hotel has been beautifully restored and is steeped in history. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Ate once in the hotel, the food was barely average, soggy battered fish and the chips were still frozen. Dined out for our remaining meals. Spent one of our days on a tour 8am until 5pm, had to ask for our room to be serviced after we got back to the hotel. The hotel is beautiful and steeped in history but the service needs to be improved.
