This hotel is nice and conveniently located close to the City Hall, the rooms are clean and spacious; furthermore, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There was a nice touch when someone made up the room in the evening and left some chocolates. This is not however a five star hotel, maybe it was at some point, but I don’t think it’s up to the standards of current five stars. The wifi wasn’t working properly and the bathroom was quite average, the TV was poised in front of the window thus covering most of the natural light coming in. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel if you are looking for a five star experience.

Good location, short walking distance to Victoria Square and City Hall. Roughly 10 min drive from train station. Clean rooms, great service. Pricing was reasonable. Walkable distance to public transportation to Titanic Quarter.

Hotel was great, and they had a world plug which came in very handy! the concierge were very knowledgable!
