This apartment is in a good location but that is the only redeeming quality. The first apartment had towels on the floor and the freezer defrosting, strong smell of smoke, ripped flooring, dirty floors and surfaces, and no curtains or blinds in the bedroom. After being unable to make contact with the offsite reception, found a WhatsApp number for somebody who moved us into another apartment in the building. It was slightly better but still grubby, but upon visiting the bathroom there was an unflushed poop greeting us. After making contact again we were moved to a completely different location which was much nicer but the whole ordeal took several hours of our single night stay and really put a cloud over our visit. I would never book this location again. Having seen some of the people coming and going I would believe that it is currently being used as some sort of temporary social housing, but I could be wrong. Either way, the tenants/guests and property management do not take much pride or care of this building and it shows.

One of the worst experiences ever. Couldn't get hold of anyone to check in, apartment was dirty, broken floors & shower screen. Blood on the floor in the corridor Then took over a month to get my deposit back as I again couldn't get hold of anyone and they 'couldn't find it' when they did finally respond to one of my many emails & Trip.com were absolutely no help either Last time I use either 🤬😡

Me alojé en Dream Apartments St Thomas Hall (Belfast) y puedo decir que ha sido una de las experiencias más desagradables que he tenido en un alojamiento. Las condiciones de limpieza y mantenimiento son totalmente inaceptables: El baño estaba sucio, con moho visible en las juntas de la bañera y un olor desagradable. El horno daba auténtico asco abrirlo, con restos de grasa acumulada y un hedor insoportable. La nevera estaba sucia por dentro, lo cual es un riesgo claro para la salud. El hervidor de agua estaba recubierto de grasa y suciedad tanto por dentro como por fuera. Es imposible usarlo sin sentir repulsión. La cristalería (como el vaso que adjunto en la foto) presentaba manchas y restos pegados, completamente antihigiénico. Las persianas estaban todas rotas, sin posibilidad de tener privacidad ni descanso adecuado. Este alojamiento no solo es incómodo, sino que atenta contra la salubridad. Es inaceptable que se ofrezca al público un lugar en estas condiciones. Recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquier viajero que evite este sitio.

Be very wary. We used this for 1 night for a concert but wouldn’t recommend for longer than that. Very dated, burns in the carpet and the shower wasn’t great either. Only upside is a comfy bed. Be warned they won’t give you the codes to enter u tim you pay £100 deposit. I had to beg them for this back, don’t bother emailing them you’ll get nothing back, if you don’t get your deposit back after 3 days you have to call them directly SEVERAL times to get your money. The whole place is a scam

THIS PLACE IS A DUMP, MANAGED BY DISHONEST PEOPLE. DON'T STAY THERE. This booking was a disaster from beginning to end. I received a LAST MINUTE notification a couple of hours before my arrival that THE LOCATION HAD BEEN CHANGED TO AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PART OF THE CITY. I was given totally INADEQUATE INFORMATION about the new destination and arrival details, which was really challenging as I arrived tired and late at night. The entire apartment building given SMELLED OF DAMP; it was COLD (it only has economy 7 heating); with an UNFLUSHED TOILET; and the WIFI WASN'T WORKING. Both the smell and the presentation reminded me of every BAD STUDENT HOUSE that I've ever visited. As it was late, I had to stay the night, but I checked out the next morning in order to find somewhere habitable for the second night of my stay. Little did I know that things were only to get worse: I received a message from the owner the next day with his "sincere apologies" and with a lavish offer of moving me to their best facility and GUARANTEEING ME A FULL REFUND. I declined the offer of an alternative place to stay (I was sufficiently scarred by the one night at a location under their management), but was grateful for the refund offer. I duly provided the requested details for the refund. When the refund was not immediately immediately forthcoming, I followed up, and was told it would just a few more days. AFTER A FURTHER TWO WEEKS, STILL NO REFUND, so I phoned the manager and was told that the refund would be processed immediately and he apologised for the delay. AFTER A FURTHER TWO WEEKS, STILL NO REFUND, so I made a further follow-up by text and phonecall and received no reply to either, and eventually FURTHER EXCUSES AND NO REFUND. I believe that the REFUND OFFER WAS A RUSE to stop me posting a negative review and that it was a dishonest and misleading promise. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP, MANAGED BY DISHONEST PEOPLE. DON'T STAY THERE.
