阿巴酒店(Abba Hotel)

Sehr gutes Hotel nicht weit von der Autobahn! Frühstück ist gut bis sehr gut. Zimmer sind modern.

In camera ho trovato la macchinetta per fare il caffè ma non ci sono le capsule per il caffè nemmeno una bustina per il the 😳!!! Niente biscotti o snack di benvenuto. In bagno non ci sono gli accappatoi né le pantofole … e non ci sono neppure gli articoli da toeletta promessi nella pubblicità … nella doccia un dispenser bagnoschiuma dozzinale. L’upgrade della stanza promesso da Booking per 0,10 euro si trasforma in 9,72 euro e la stanza non è stata upgradata, anche se l’Hotel è praticamente vuoto 😐 All’arrivo ho dovuto parcheggiare nella rampa del garage, chiuso. Non c’era altro spazio esterno per la sosta temporanea mentre mi reco alla reception per effettuare il check in. (Consegna documenti, ritiro della chiave ecc). Nel frattempo arriva un dipendente dell’albergo con un van di servizio e si mette a strombazzare come un ossesso … Dove avrei dovuto mettere la mia auto, in tasca …? Mah ?! Dopo un viaggio in auto, nord Italia Slovenia, Croazia e Serbia di 1036 chilometri, non mi pare il massimo dell’accoglienza. La signora alle reception dovrebbe imparare a rispondere con un sorriso al cliente che ti sorride … Questo è tutto per ora. Vediamo la notte e domani come sarà la colazione. Poi riferisco …

Otelin konumu şehir merkezine uzak. Odalar yeni ama küçük (belkide bana küçük oda verildi no:508) Odanın yatağı sağa sola dönerken bile ses çıkartıyor. Hiç memnun kalmadım. Kahvaltı salonu büyük ancak kahvaltı menüsü kaliteli değil. Böreklerin hamuru çok kalındı. Kahvaltıdaki personel kaba davrandı. (Portakal suyu doldurmak için tabağı bir kaç saniye tezgaha koyduğumda, buraya koyma diye uyardı.) Sadece odaya konulan bir şişe ücretsiz su güzeldi.

A good tourist/business class hotel a few kilometres from the centre of Belgrade. Unlike many similar type of hotels this one is a few blocks back from the main road meaning a good quiet stay but a walk to dining and public transport options. The room was a good size with a nice antique photo as a bed back board. The bed was comfortable and bathroom quite spacious. Water pressure and temperature control was excellent. The internet was easily accessed and fast. The hotel is serviced by a single lift but not having an enormous number of rooms means no lift access issues during peak check out. No noise leakage between rooms was noticed. The continental breakfast was better than most with a wide selection of options. Staff service was fine. In summary, a good accommodation option.

We stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. Location wise, the hotel is in the old city and is a drive away from the city centre. We arrived by coach and the streets are narrow so we had to unload everything quickly. The hotel is a fairly modern building. Check in was fairly quick, even for a large group of people. Our room was on the first floor and there was one lift or stairs to take. Our triple room was a good size and was fairly modern. Everything was clean and tidy, the air con worked well and the beds were comfy. There were only 2 of us staying in a triple room, but even with a third, you would probably just about have enough space for your luggage without being on top of one another. The bathroom was also relatively large and had a big shower. The main talking point for most of us was the fact there was a glass wall between the bedroom and shower. Luckily, there's an automatic blind that you can raise and lower depending on how much privacy / how well you know your roommate! The towels were all clean and fluffy, the hot water was good and so was the water pressure. The wifi was good. The signal was relatively strong and it was fairly quick. Breakfast was downstairs, past reception. There was a good choice of hot food items (meat and eggs), toasts, cereals and other Continental options, plus fruits, dates, muffins etc. Drinks wise there were juices, coffees, teas etc. In the evening, we went up to the rooftop bar which had great views over the city. There were thunderstorms several miles away which we had a fantastic view of, all whilst sat outside as the rain wasn't falling in Belgrade! We were able to take our own drinks upstairs as the bar had closed and they were fine with that. There are a couple of restaurants near the hotel and if you walk down the hill (3 or 4 blocks) then turn right, there's a small corner shop selling water etc. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay here as the hotel was fairly modern, with good facilities.

Abbiamo prenotato per una notte, con parcheggio. Purtroppo quando siamo arrivati in tarda serata il parcheggio era completo, nessuna possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo trovato un posto nel parcheggio di un altro hotel, a 1, 5 km, a pagamento. Totale mancanza di comunicazione. Bastava mandare una mail per informarci

Excellent breakfast buffet. Decent property, good value for the money. Underground parking facility small and inconvenient because the door does not open automatically to let you drive away and staff was not attentive or did not get the notice. Had to leave the car and walk to front desk to request the overhead door be opened.

Temiz, sevimli güzel bir otel. Personel ilgili. Otelin kapısından girdikten sonra herşey çok iyi. Ama konum olarak şehir merkezinden çok uzak ve resmen sokak arasında bir yerde kalıyor. Etrafta yapılabilecek hiçbir şey yok. Saat 9 gibi çıktık akşam, su alacak büfe zor bulduk. Tatil yada gezi amaçlı kullanılabilecek bir otel değil.

The front desk staff at ABBA hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Having parking on-site, even though tight, is very convenient. Rooms do have A/C, but they are not too powerful and keeping the windows open is surprisingly noisy. Wonderful shower and bed for a great night's rest!
