Well about a week ago I made the mistake of booking the wrong day on the calender when we were rushing to book a room for the next night, we knew we were going to be away from wifi and using data so we needed to book quick. We were leaving Helena Montana. Just one of our stops before arriving at Yellowstone National Park. After the day in the park our next sleep was in Bozeman Montana. We were standing in the lobby of this hotel at 2am with no room.The front desk clerk Kim was rude and not empathetic of the situation at all. My wife had to hunt for a hotel in the middle of the night for my family to sleep, which wasn't easy at 2 am, but she was successful. When I asked for a refund for the room I wouldn't be needing as I'd be back home in Canada, I was denied, even though the hotel we ended up staying at said the refund shouldn't have been a problem as it was more than 24 hours notice for the cancelation, in fact it was a whole week in advance! They decided to keep about $350 canadian of mine, knowing I would be back in Canada and physically couldn't make it back for the following week. Working day after day with ******* to negotiate with the hotel, they either wouldn't answer the phone or would give ******* the run around, with all the time wasted, only for them to deny the request anyway. So the room sits empty, paid in full and I will never book at Super 8 ever again. Especially in Bozeman, Montana.
