I received the best service. Best trip in Bozeman!

Was impressed with the welcome and kind professional treatment while checking in and out. The room was clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was exceptional with biscuits and gravy along with sausage links and scrambled eggs served by polite staff. They did not scrimp on helpings as our plates was full and we enjoyed the eating experience. Beverages and other breakfast items were also available. Coming back to Bozeman in May and will definitely stay here again.

The front desk attendant was polite and check in was very easy. However, even though there were not many people staying at the hotel, it seems like we were all put next to each other, which was very loud. Thank goodness I had a sound machine because the next door neighbor was snoring extremely loudly and you could hear people’s voices/conversations from next door and the hallway.

Property not very clean. The breakfast was lack luster and on Sunday barely anything available. Was there for 4 nights asked to have room cleaned( towels, trash) bare minimum. Had to ask and be put on a list, when I went down the following morning and asked the response was when is your check out, seriously I paid a good amount of money clean the room!! I would never stay again at a Super 8 in any state. Train your people!!

I don’t know how to really rate this hotel as we didn’t actually stay there. I had reserved through ******* and go a confirmation from them. However, when we got there the hotel did not have any records of the reservation. ******* resent the confirmation and called the hotel, but the hotel did not have any rooms available. The hotel staff was courteous and apologetic. They called another independently owned Super 8 nearby which did have rooms available. We ended up staying there for one night. The room rate there was higher and the condition of the hotel was worse, but we were desperate. I would not stay at that particular Super 8 again. I don’t know who is at fault for the failed reservation. We have never had any issues with ******* before though.

Property does not have luggage trollies. It does not have elevators. We got a third floor room and had to carry 2 checked bags and other luggage by hand. Even though breakfast is served, there was not milk available on property for kids at night time. The staff seemed to have no concern about this and there was no effort to provide any alternative solutions.

Well about a week ago I made the mistake of booking the wrong day on the calender when we were rushing to book a room for the next night, we knew we were going to be away from wifi and using data so we needed to book quick. We were leaving Helena Montana. Just one of our stops before arriving at Yellowstone National Park. After the day in the park our next sleep was in Bozeman Montana. We were standing in the lobby of this hotel at 2am with no room.The front desk clerk Kim was rude and not empathetic of the situation at all. My wife had to hunt for a hotel in the middle of the night for my family to sleep, which wasn't easy at 2 am, but she was successful. When I asked for a refund for the room I wouldn't be needing as I'd be back home in Canada, I was denied, even though the hotel we ended up staying at said the refund shouldn't have been a problem as it was more than 24 hours notice for the cancelation, in fact it was a whole week in advance! They decided to keep about $350 canadian of mine, knowing I would be back in Canada and physically couldn't make it back for the following week. Working day after day with ******* to negotiate with the hotel, they either wouldn't answer the phone or would give ******* the run around, with all the time wasted, only for them to deny the request anyway. So the room sits empty, paid in full and I will never book at Super 8 ever again. Especially in Bozeman, Montana.

The only issue we had was the loudness. The room doors do not seal shut all the way. You can hear every thing happening outside your room. Which can be loud and disturbing. We also wish there was a thicker blanket for the bed.
