房間蠻乾淨，這個級別酒店裡，早餐可以説很好了。這個509房，衞生間的門方向開反了，開門正好擋住洗手枱，613不是這個方向，5樓其他敞着門未入住的房間也正常。

房間實在太小我們的行李箱根本無法放下來打開，無奈衹能湊活一晚不開箱了！也很吵！早餐很差直接浪費錢沒吃就退房了

入住這個酒店設施不錯，也挺方便，服務是標準的，讓人放心。

很滿意 房間很整潔 離要塞很近 感覺要塞是整個城市最漂亮的地方

住的單人間，整體很舒適。床比較窄，但床墊很軟，被子比較薄，9月初夜裡温度23度左右剛剛好。提供浴巾和洗頭洗澡用品，無牙刷與拖鞋。自來水可以直飲，床頭有mini bar，內部飲料和水收費高，勿開。前台服務態度好，英文交流方便。 早餐豐富，但吃了好幾天還是有點吃膩了哈哈。麪包，各種奶酪，火腿，肉片，滑蛋，酸奶，牛奶，咖啡，果汁，典型歐陸式早餐。 其次就是酒店位置奇好無比，離商業中心和要塞公園都很近，樓下就有便利店和超市，買水買零食特別方便。 但雖然房間之間的隔音效果好，但走廊的聲音不太隔，布草聲音能被聽見。浴室內吹風機功率小，可以問前台要個。記得帶歐標或者德標插頭

雙床的房間極小，床也小，床兩邊的空間不到半米，大箱子想打開衹能塞在櫃子裏，櫃門別關，性價比太不值，可能在市區，雖然岀來都是大街小巷，各種小店，房間讓人太壓抑，窗外視覺是舊樓，可能跟國內的七天差不多吧，早餐很一般，糕點較多

客服態度很好，英語交流順暢，地理位置比較便利，去廣場，要塞，多瑙河都不遠，周邊餐飲方便，附近好幾家中餐館

房間太小了... 廁所淋浴間沒有門，水會外流，不好。吹風機那噪音嚇**，就是個壞的。另外塞爾維亞我勸大家不要太信**了，這地方這輩子不會再來第二次

Υπέροχα όλα. Καθαρό, πλούσιο πρόγευμα, φιλικό, εξυπηρετικό και χαμογελαστό προσωπικό. Στο κέντρο, κοντά σε κύριους δρόμους για περπάτημα. Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα και θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά. Απλά τέλειο

The hotel is in a very central location in the older part of town, adjacent to the castle and the pedestrianized area. There is a bus terminal in the nearby Student Square, and the tram line that circles the old town a couple of blocks away; there is also a taxi stand in Student square. Easy walking distance to most of the sights in the old town, and the cafes and restaurants in the old town neighborhoods. The area around has a few convenience stores and drugstores, and during the morning there is an exchange office in the lobby. The hotel itself has been renovated (it looks nothing like the street view image from Google maps!), and the top floor rooms (which are larger) are spacious and nicely furnished. The breakfast is excellent, wide selection of hot and cold items, and staff always around to clean and restock. People in the reception were helpful, and overall I had a very good experience with the hotel. Some suggestions for travelers to Belgrade, which I gathered from the web and verified myself. You will need some cash - you can pay mostly everywhere with a credit card / NFC by phone, but some bars and restaurants will only take cash. Oddly enough, the shuttle bus from/to the airport (A1) also only takes cash (and is not included in the bus passes, which you can only get via the Beograd+ application). Taxis are also relatively cheap, less than 25 EUR one way from the airport to the center. You can buy a mobile phone SIM at the airport to avoid roaming charges. In Belgrade smoking is allowed indoors, including cafes, restaurants and bars (and there is lots of smoking, in general). I did not have time to visit many places I wanted to, but I definitely recommend the national museum (which is half historical, half art museum) and the museum of technology - and, of course, the castle.

Plus: sehr gute Lage - nur wenige Gehminuten von der Festung und der Fußgängerzone entfernt, sehr gutes und reichliches Abend- und Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer offenbar erst kürzlich renoviert, sehr sauber, Betten sehr gut. Minus (2 Sterne Abzug): Teppichboden im Flur abgetreten und sehr schmutzig, Zimmer winzig, kein Platz für die Koffer - öffnen nur am Bett möglich, kein Sessel, Badezimmer ebenfalls winzig, Handtücher können nur in der Dusche (!) aufgehängt werden. Mich wundert, wie dieses Hotel ob der Zimmergröße zu 4 Sternen kommt. Fazit: Wem der äußerst beengte Raum nichts ausmacht, kann durchaus gefallen an diesem Hotel finden.
