Понравилось расположение и то, что на все наши просьбы моментально реагировали.
Утюг, дополнительное одеяло, ланч боксы на ранний отъезд (хорошие- огромный бутер, протеиновый йогурт, мандарин,вода).
Рядом обменники, шавермы разные, аптека, автобусная остановка.
Не понравилось: нет чайника в номере и приветственной воды. Когда мы попросили воду в ресторане, нам налили из-под крана. 😁 на ресепшн не говорят по-русски

第一次入住這個酒店，非常不錯，適合商務出差，房間很乾凈，工作人員也很熱情，下次還會考慮入住，希望還能有機會到這個城市出差。

位置方便，附近有中餐廳，步行可到，也可不行到前南斯拉夫大使館遺址，前台英文很好，早餐豐富，但是酒店設施較舊，不隔音

Замечательный отель! Современные номера, вкусные завтраки, также в ресторане внизу всегда можно покушать за отдельную плату, есть своя парковка- 10 евро в сутки. Месторасположение в новом городе, до всех достопримечательностей минут 10-15 на машине. Мы остались довольны.

房間很不錯，衞生條件也很棒，門口就是24小時營業的超市，買東西也很方便。出門大概400-500米，就是中餐館，不過房間有點小

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit allem, was man braucht. Bis jetzt für mich mit einer der besten Hotel Fitnessräume jemals. In der Umgebung sind sehr viele gute Bistros!

居然還是套房，兩室一廳的套間，房間也不小，地理位置方便，附近就有很多餐廳，酒店本身的餐廳也是很不錯的。

強烈建議中國人不要入住該酒店，這個酒店的前台對於中國人有嚴重的不友好。其次也是最重要的是安全問題，我在凌晨5點半左右被門外的敲門聲吵醒，然後聽到了門外一直在叫housekeeping，我當時睡夢中醒來十分懵懂，走下床到門口考慮到自己還穿着睡衣然後説can you come here later?隨後拿起了手機發現才凌晨5點20多，立刻感覺這不正常。然後呼叫了前台問是怎麼回事為什麼這麼早就有housekeeping服務，前台説不可能，我説那能查CCTV嗎，前台説可以他聯繫技術人員查一下後面回覆我，然後一個小時後還是我自己再次查詢，前台説是一位515的客人走錯房間了。但是如果是走錯為什麼會喊着housekeeping，我要求9點退房時看一眼監控這樣會讓我比較放心。然後到退房時新的前台要求我先付城市税然後再和他們的經理談這個事情，整個過程十分不耐煩。我付完款之後他們的經理就以我已經checkout了不讓我看。這真的是個陷阱，各位出門在外的中國同胞特別是一個女性請慎重選擇該酒店！
PS酒店環境也不太OK很舊很破。

非常差！不建議入住！我預訂的是800多的套房，一張大於1.8的大床和有梳化床的房間。晚上到了前台告訴我房間的沒有了，但是會給我一間一樣大的房間，進入房間後衹有兩張90釐米的單人床分開放在房間裏，沒有梳化床，而且光線特別暗。第一時間聯繫攜程，攜程説需要20分鐘和酒店溝通，20分鐘後説需要等10個小時，我們找到前台説這個相差太大我們三個人沒法住，前台才提出給我們兩個標間暫時住，第二天才能住進我們預訂的套房裡。但是這非常明顯就是對中國客户的怠慢與歧視對待，兩個房間相差那麼大，為什麼不第一時間就協調好住宿三人的問題，而是等我們進入房間看到相差太大找他們説了，才不情願的説給我們兩個標間解決，但是我們一家三口要分開睡，大家都非常的不開心，攜程當時説代理商下班了，也沒辦法協調，我們沒辦法衹能接受，但是標間非常小，皮箱都沒辦法攤開，並且淋浴下水都是堵的，根本洗不了澡，腳泡在水裡沖濕身體就馬上出來了。不建議入住！
