Très belle hôtel !

We checked in on 25 December and were assigned a room with no heat, needless to say it was a very cold nigh. The next day we transferred to another room with no help in moving to the other room. I feel that I should have been compensated for being in a frigid room. Jessica, the manager said we made one mistake, in fact they made two—why would you rent a room with no heat and not immediately transfer us to another room. The only people that engaged us at all was receptionist and Monica, the lady that sets up the breakfast room. Will have to consider other lodging on our next trip North.

Loved it. Breakfast was good. They allowed us to check out late and were overall very sweet

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms have been renovated and were very clean. Breakfast was more than adequate.

When I went to check in no one was there at the desk had to wait. When I went to check out no one was there, I waited for a while then I found the cook person and let her knee I wanted to be checked out. I felt that this hotel should have been updated. The room I was in, the view out the window was nothing but concrete- they should not have put anyone room there. The bed was outrageously hard. The room was small. I had to ask someone for a do not disturb sign. I did not or would have not thought this would be a Hampton by The Hilton.

Great place. The entire hotel is clean and the staff are great. They even had sugar free breakfast items which is a rare find.

Cookies at front desk was nice. Pool was freezing. Would have been nice if heated.

The hotel is very nice and clean. You can definitely tell they are still working on things and possibly remodeling some areas. I book through here and paid. Then when I got to the hotel i had to put a card on file (no big deal) but i was never told about a dog fee. Boom get my bill from the hotel they charged me $75 for a dog fee. That wpuld of of been nice to know before hands..

Enjoyed spacious room and front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful

Our room was not fully cleaned. Used water bottles left in the night stand, bed looked like it had been laid on and made us feel uneasy. We went to bed and soemone knocked on the door at 3:00 AM and was surprised to see someone he didn’t recognize in the room and muttered a nervous “oh sorry”. When we went to shower in the AM the soaps in the bathroom were all used and there was water in the shower door like someone had just showered. We didn’t see that when we checked in.

Hotel had a rough paint job, breakfast is pretty unhealthy, didn't have many grab and go items, not to the level of most Hampton inns I've stayed at, but ok overall.

You need outside seating near the front entry for waiting for pickup. Breakfast is OK. The staff friendly in all areas.
