貝爾維尤W酒店(W Bellevue)

Excellent hotel with great location - hotel is well maintained since our last visit a few years ago. Highly suggested.

Great location, across from the mall.

For the price, this place did not meet the expectations. On the positive side, service was quick and friendly, we were offered a free glass of champagne, infused water was always available, the free coffee in the morning was good, and the location is amazing albeit a bit difficult to find since it’s tucked away. On the negative side, the decor in the room was odd and colors clashed, there were a few very basic toiletries, the mini fridge was dirty, the duvet cover wasn’t closed so the duvet itself kept popping out, I’m not sure if there wasn’t free wifi or if it was just difficult to obtain or if we needed to sign up for their rewards program but either way wifi is standard and expected and it should be easy to get, their parking was extremely expensive considering there’s plentiful free parking in the area on weekends. Hotel bars are nice but the restaurant is was very overpriced and there were tastier options surrounding the area. I’m honestly confused by the high price considering comparable hotels in the area are cheaper and have things more to offer.

On the information sheet given to us upon check-in, it was mentioned that there was an area (living room) for a continental breakfast Wed through Sun. We went down on Wednesday morning and it was closed and the reception area told us to go to the Lake House for breakfast. They had items on their menu that stated they were for the W Continental breakfast. We ate these specific items and were told we had to pay for them because we purchased through *******. It wasn't the money that was the issue, it was the feeling of hidden costs associated with the W. This was a terrible experience coming from such a hotel. It's unfortunate that La Quinta can outperform the W in customer service.

We’ve stayed a The “W” Hotel many times, but my last stay was very disappointing. The Bellevue “W” usually doesn’t disappoint, but moving forward my family and I won’t stay at this this particular location. Customer service was great, but the cleanliness of the room needs vast improvements. The walls were covered with old food and drink debris and my daughter found a large hair in her ice cream. I completely understand that all hotels are suffering staff shortages, but this room was clearly not cleaned. We paid (with room service and valet) over over $900 for one night. When The “W” customer service contacted me over email, they simply sent an automated generated email. Do not stay at the Bellevue “W” until they decide to actually clean the rooms and are truly apologetic.
