喇叭花套房酒店的評價

I was little mistake for booking. ( one day earlier check in) So I try to cancel right after booking. I contacted trip.com and hotel but they NO! both say have to charge penalty (70-80.00?) No choice for me.. Everything fine but Hotels not organized. Room is not clean not quite and old smoking smells. Like one star motel not hotel.
