The hotel was clean and free of clutter. The décor was modern and tasteful. I found the front desk very courteous and welcoming. The meet and greet hour was good in the sense that it gave us a free coupon for either a clam chowder and drink. The exterior was clean and free of garbage. The rooms were large and spacious. The soaps and shampoos were dispensed from a large bottle and they smelled good, if you like lemon grass sage. I will definitely go back to this hotel if I am ever in Bellingham again.

Nice place to stay, good people and good location!

We stayed two nights with a pet. The location is convenient and very quiet. The staff is friendly and professional. Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel has a restaurant and bar with complimentary breakfast and afternoon snack and drink. Would definitely stay here again.

Jalen and the gentleman working the bar were absolutely wonderful. Incredible customer service from all staff we encountered and an extremely spacious, comfortable room. Will absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, big room, comfy bed, plenty of parking. Breakfast buffet was really good.

The Staff were amazing, no issues there. However the establishment and rooms were below average for the price. I wish I hadnt have paid so much. The rooms reminded me of a basic "Motel 6" that only charges $60 a night, yet I paid nearly triple that. Honestly it was not worth the price I paid. The room I stayed in smelled musty and humid like it hadnt been used in a month. Other patrons were loud, and the walls were paper thin. Woke up at 12:45am to a man agressively yelling down the hall. The people staying above me sounded like they were actively stomping everytime they walked. The staff were great, none of this is their fault. Whoever or whatever owns this facility should consider updating the rooms (including the carpet, i think thats where the musty smell came from) or lower the rates to match the lower standards of the facility.

I liked the B'ham restaurant on the property. There isn't much else around. The area is not too safe for walking. The price they quoted was not the final price, quoted $129 a night, but charged $149.
