房間非常適合需要自己做點東西吃，很適合超過4個人的家庭，但是housekeeping做的不好，需要前一天就預約之類的。感覺人手不夠，需要什麼自己去前台直接拿最快。

Ruby at the front desk was the most hospitable worker. She is nothing but a bundle of joy and ensured that we had the most comfortable New Years stay. The property is more homey than anything, and I can assure you that whatever you need will be heard with open ears. The best way to start off the new year.

I booked a suite for my mother and aunts to celebrate her 60th birthday. When they got back i learned about their horrible experiences at the hotel. They tried to play it off as if it wasn't a big deal but to me it was supposed to be a memorable getaway in a positive way. I tried to make it as enjoyable as possible by booking things in advanced. They said there was a room upstairs that was being very loud. Loud enough that they receive a call after midnight asking them to be quiet as someone else called and complained about that rooms noise and my aunt explained to them the noise was not coming from their room as they were asleep already. They got no apologies for being startled and woken up, let alone for the confusion. Someone tried barging into the room saying no one was supposed to be there and they got another call asking them why they were there. My aunt explained herself and the lady she spoke to said she would call them back. They were confused and never got a call back. This was such a disappointment on my mothers special day. I will be calling to speak to whoever is in charge of the organization for this hotel!

Not enough towels, dishes, paper towels, or t.p. for our stay and no one coming around to check on you. Very uncomfortable bed. No nearby restaurants or amenities. No idea what the extra 2 charges totally nearly $500 were for after our stay (not on our receipt), and you have to call when the manger is there to find out.

I booked a double king room, but when I arrived the room they had put me in REEKED of natural gas and the HVAC unit was hanging off the wall with wires exposed and everything. The only other room they had was smaller than what I had originally booked, but they offered a small refund to compensate ($50/night, for a $350/night original booking). The new room was in terrible shape. Furniture was banged up, the shower door wouldn't open/close because the slider was broken, the toilet ran constantly and the only way to shut it off was at the intake valve. There were trash bags outside my door the entire stay (same ones, that were never collected). The bed had 3 small pillows, not the usual king size ones you'd expect. The remote for one of the TVs was missing, so it was unusable as well. All in all, I will never stay at this property again. The only nice thing was having the extra space, but plenty of other properties nearby offer suites as well, so I'll be booking with them in the future.

Check in was good. Staff friendly. Immediately we were concerned as the property was very unkept. Lots of trash everywhere, overflowing out of the dumpsters, public cans etc. this led to wildlife ( raccoon family and rodents) being noticeably active on the property. We were only here for one night so we pushed forward. We needed a pack and play. They said they’d bring in ten mins. 20 mins go by and nothing. I call them and they tell us they are out of pack and plays. They say they have 3 broken ones. I say give us the best one you got. They say it will be there asap. I go get gas and clean out the van. I arrive back 25 mins later, no pack and play. I went to the desk and grabbed it. Again l, she was nice. The pack and play wasn’t broken, just people don’t know what to do with that particular kind. Worked fine. However the “sheet” we were give wasn’t a crib sheet. It was a super puffy blanket that could have suffocated the baby. Very unsafe. So we used my tshirt for a bedsheet. Sounds luxurious right? So ridiculous.

El hotel bastante bien, es lo que se promociona. Excelente para un viaje en familia por que las suites son cómodas y amplias. El personal del hotel muy amable y el desayuno es básico pero está bien y sabe bien.

They didn’t clean our room, despite multiple requests. The manager would not return our calls, despite multiple requests. The room was filthy, our trash piled up because nobody removed it, they didn’t bring us fresh linens, the fridge was broken, the one day they did clean our room, they left the door wide open and u locked and they stole an item from our room. Seemingly in retaliation for our complaints, the triggered a fire alarm at 1:00am that was only in our room. I took pictures of everything. Despite all of these problems and multiple requests to speak to a manager, nothing changed and nobody ever called us. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my entire life.

Room suffered water damage from upstairs unit AC overflow. Visible bubbling in ceiling and soaked floor causing our luggage to suffer water damage. Front desk promised follow up with management but no input. Management not reachable via the contact provided. I don’t recommend this place.

Requested house keeping every day and they kept missing. I didn’t get housekeeping at all for my 3 night stay. Even after I personally went to lobby to put in requests Toilet flush kept breaking and finally got fixed after 4 calls to maintenance
