Emanuel, Christon, and David were amazing hosts! The food is great, the rooms quiet and comfortable, and the property is gorgeous. What makes this place special is the service. We never wanted for anything. Emanuel even gave us rides to our morning meetings and picked us up in the afternoon.

A quaint little cabin on a resort just off the Western Highway. Very roomy comfortable rooms. Breakfasts were not only very good, but on week days delivered to our door, so we could enjoy them on our deck. The staff went beyond call and duty to make us as comfortable as they could. Friendly and helpful. Because we had been traveling we needed some laundry done. It was picked up and returned within hours all clean and folded. The birds were amazing, especially in the morning, and could hear the howler monkeys in the distance.

Room too small needs to be updated , bedsheet had a big hole service was very slow and poor, nobody picks up the phone it was ridiculous, the stay was a joke. The restaurant looked decent with a jungle atmosphere but the misquotes chewed us up, breakfast was half decent with poor service again

If you’re thinking of staying at Kiki Witz …DON’T!! My husband and i had the worst experience and left after only one night. We had booked for 6 nights. I’d love to go into everything that happened or didn’t happen but that would take too much writing. What I can tell you is that the staff is minimal, resort is near empty (I know why) and the management staff is downright rude and have no business being in the hospitality sector. As pretty as it looks, it’s a pretty pathetic resort!

Good accommodation, and excellent service Mrs Ada and restaurant staff were pending of everything that I need. Fresh food I recommend this place to everybody

Lovely Place and location. Rooms are clean, polished and well designed . Able to connect with nature and the environment.

That place should not be open. The place was in complete disrepair. As soon as I turned off to their driveway, I had a bad feeling about this place. Online it was great. Doesn't seem like any upkeep has been done in years. The lawns needed mowing bad. Could not find anyone to check us in. Had to call and someone came over to check us in. The cabin was so hot, we had to stay in our rental till it cooled off. The water was turned off, had to call. The pool was closed. The bar was closed. Lamp post had fallen over exposing wires on the walkway. I said to my girlfriend, "No way I'm going to let you stay here". We got in the rental and drove to Belmopan and got a room at the Yim Saan Hotel. it was a much better place. Kiki reminded me verry much like the Movie, The Shining with Jack Nickolson. Paid $500 and walked away with no refund. It was worth leaving the $500.00. I'm from Maine.

Our experience was unfortunate. It appears that the general staff is insufficiently trained to run the property. Restaurant hours were published as 6-8 but was open when they wanted. When we did finally manage to get there when they were open 1.5hrs wait for meals and the orders were wrong. High School kids that seated us and waited on us were untrained and unmotivated. Most of the time we were there they were too busy playing on their phones at the bar to check on the guests while no one had drinks. Other guests had the same experience. My wife had ONE mandatory feature for wherever we stayed - a pool. Unfortunately the pool was not regularly cleaned through the week and after hours staff didn't know how to turn on the lights. So you go and do all the tours, etc and come back to hang out at the pool, in the dark. Hung out the "please clean room" sign only to have staff miss that. Finally to contact the front office to get room cleaned. They seemed to be unable to wrap their heads around having guest all week instead of just over the weekend as things did marginally improve Saturday and Sunday from the looks of it. All in all it is a shame, it's a nice property.

Very nice spot and super friendly and helpful staff and management (thanks Ada!). If business or adventure bring you to Belmopan, stay here. Close to zip-lining and tubing and ATM cave. Stay in the Chamboo cabaña if you can. Very pleasant room. Pool was nice too. Restaurant and pool bar were closed when we stayed, but nice atmosphere at both.

We booked a 1 night stay at Kiki Witz for it's location near Belmopan, central to the activities we had planned. Our party was 2 couples with 2 separate cottages reserved. The property management called me via What's App the morning of our stay to inquire about our arrival time. On arrival, the property was very quiet. We learned we would be the only guests staying that evening, a Saturday night in high season. We originally booked 2 units that were going to be a long way apart from each other. The management offered us a 2 bedroom unit instead, but upon looking at the unit, there were no ceilings in the bedrooms (walls, but open above). Due to snoring, we decided to take 2 separate units instead, and they upgraded one couple to the nicer unit and the units were side by side. Management inquired about us having dinner or breakfast on property, so that they could plan. Being the only guests, they were willing to accommodate our time preferences, etc. However, due to the limited menu available, we chose to dine out. (This is reasonable with low occupancy.) The property is right off of the highway but feels quiet on site. The rooms were comfortable and clean but a bit dated. Lighting was somewhat dim in the rooms and bathroom - my husband had difficulty shaving (he's in his 40's, so not too old). The pool area was very nice and the pool appeared clean. In walking the property, it was easy to see the vision and maybe the past glory of the property as a eco-spa or something. We did ask if we could use the pool later than stated hours (9pm closure) in the evening, since we were the only guests - no one to disturb. We were told yes. However, when we returned after dinner at 7:30pm, the lights in the pool area were all off. Again, I understand as we were the only guests that staff were leaving and finishing up things like turning off lights, but it did hamper our ability to enjoy the property. Overall, the property served us well for what we were looking for. I would stay again, especially as the management was so accommodating and kind.

A hidden gem of Diamond quality. Our original booking was in Belize City, but a few weeks before our trip we decided we needed a more central location in Belize and was lucky enough to find the Kiki Witz Resort. I believe our experience improved 100% because of it. Instead of a hotel with shared walls and crowded halls, we had a luxurious cabin set in a beautiful landscape and all the advantages of a full service resort. The staff were not only friendly and efficient, but treated us as their family. Much love to Dell, Rose, and Dorleen (I hope I spelled that right). There's a full restaurant, large multi-depth pool, patio with stage, and even a children's playground. The resort is secure with on-site self-parking. For explorers like us, the central location in Belize allowed us to make day trips to Placencia, Ambergris Caye, San Ignacio, Hopkins, and Belize City. Kiki Witz is a quiet place at night despite being right off the highway. Sitting our porch in the late night air drinking our choice of beverages was heavenly. We didn't do any tours or excursions during our week there, and we didn't get up to Corozal. But we will be back for those, and Kiki Witz will be our home again. We highly recommend it to all.
