Neroli生物接力站(Neroli Bio Relais)

Ambiente accogliente, silenzioso, storico e familiare anche se raffinato. Avevamo già usufruito dell'accesso, da esterni, in piscina* quindi del ristorante Dispensa Giarretta. Siamo tornati a gustare i prodotti della cucina, originali e saporiti, dichiarati a km 0 e....basta farsi un giro per l'orto ed il terreno attorno, per ritrovarli dal vivo ! *La piscina...non vi aspettate una olimpica, per nuotare o per fare tuffi! E' giusto un gradevole e rilassante ristoro dalla canicola, insieme ad una brezza spesso presente e la vista dell'Etna in tutta la sua estensione.

stanza spaziosa, discreto bagno, letto comodo, pulizia sufficiente. Piscina piccola e poco profonda, non va. Zona relax attorno la piscina buona, ma nessuno si preoccupa di proporre servizi bar e altro. Assenza totale di iniziative ed attenzione al cliente e di organizzazione generale.

Neroli è stato per 4 gg la nostra casa. Arianna, Miriam, Giuseppe e lo chef Mimmo ci hanno coccolati dal primo istante in cui abbiamo messo piede. La struttura, appena ristrutturata, è accogliente e funzionale. Ogni spazio, sia interno che all’aperto, ogni oggetto e ogni arredo è studiato nel minimo dettaglio. La camera stupenda, spaziosa, con arredi nuovi di alta qualità. Letto molto comodo e impeccabile la pulizia. Colazione eccellente, con dolci preparati dallo chef Mimmo, dai biscotti alle crostate, e con prodotti km 0. Abbiamo cenato tutte le sere in struttura e Lo chef ci ha deliziato Ogni volta con piatti diversi( antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce) tipici della cucina siciliana. Sicuramente è stato un soggiorno indimenticabile! Un immenso grazie ad Arianna, Miriam, Giuseppe e Mimmo, grazie per la vostra professionalità e cortesia. Ilaria, Giuseppe e Lorenzo

Premier séjour pour nous en agritourisme et aucun regret ! Nous avons fait le choix de nous excentrer de Catane pour un séjour au calme et nous n'avons pas été déçu. Chambre très appréciable, avec toutes les commodités nécessaire. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable, le repas du soir proposé par l'hôte est très bon également. Nous en avons profité pour acheter des produits locaux fait sur cette propriété. (miel et huile d'olive). A savoir que cet agritourisme possède une belle piscine dont nous avons bien pu profiter. Adresse que l'on garde si nous retournons un jour en Sicile.

Ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten. Klein und familiär. Sehr gut gelegen, um die Sehenswürdigkeit an der Ostküste Siziliens mit dem Auto zu besuchen. Nach den Ausflügen genießt man den kleinen Pool. Handtücher kann man vor Ort bekommen. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und macht den Aufenthalt richtig angenehm. Man sollte allerdings etwas italienisch sprechen. Die Zimmer haben Air Conditioning und alles war sehr sauber. Leider sind die Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Ansonsten ist man aber mitten auf dem Land und kann die Stille genießen. Das ist Frühstück ist ok, sehr zu empfehlen ist die selbstgemachte Marmelade. Beim Abendessen fanden wir die Antipasti am besten, aber alles war sehr lecker. Wenn man fast eine Woche da ist, vermisst etwas Abwechslung. Wem die Portionen zu groß sind, kann auch nur einzelne Teile des üblichen 4-Gang-Menüs bestellen. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.

This is my 2nd stay and I was absolutely deleted to come back again. I travel extensively and generally stay at chain hotels just for the consistency. However, sometimes circumstance dictate otherwise. In this particular case it was a blessing. I honestly chose the Nèroli due to it proximity to my work. What a stroke of luck, it turned my business trip into a working vaction. Location is everything, Nèroli is located in the middle of a farm and I believe it was an old monistary. The first thing I will say about it is the Nèroli is it is quite. On both of my visits I was able to just open my balcony door and soak up the peace. The only noise I heard was cowbells of in the distance, very relaxing. They have done an incredible job updating the entire place. Everything is fresh an upto date but with a slight rustic feel. The rooms all have A/C and excellent wifi. The bathroom are nicely renovated and the beds are comfortable. Everything is always very clean and in showroom order. Then there us the restaurant. This is a small establishment and I suspect the guests are the only patrons. So it understandable the menu is not huge. But it is delicious. There or 4 or 5 appetizers, first course, main course and dessert. I've pretty much tried it all and have never been disappointed. From my understanding everything is either grown con the farm or purchased local. It is all very fresh. Oh, the wine list rocks. None of this would matter without the staff. They are the definition of hospitality. As I mentioned early, this is my 2nd visit. My travel plans absolutely fell apart when I was trying to get to Italy. I had to make several changes to my travel plans. They were extremely quick and accommodating. I didn't have to deal with automated phone system. I did most of it via email but the responses were very quick. I did make a few phone calls and was very pleased to talk to a couple people who spoke excellent English. On my 2nd trip I wanted to book my room via their web site. The automated booking said they didn't have availability for one night. I decided to send a quick text to see if they could help me out. Within a few minutes they had worked it out so I could stay the entire trip. They have been so accommodating. They don't start breakfast until 8:15 and I have to be to work at 7:00. During check in we discussed this. When I was having dinner I was asked what I wanted for breakfast. They would fix me a to go box that I could put in my fridge and take it with me in the morning. Then they put a coffee machine in my room. You will not find that kind of customer service in some hotel chain. Thank you.

The front desk were way above expectation to help with everything. The farm state is newly renovated. Everything is spacious and very clean. Definitely worth staying here.

We would love to give this place 5 stars as the staff is fantastic and the place itself lovely. However, we stayed in room no. 2 and the walls between room no. 1 and no. 2 are papir thin. We could hear absolutely everything that was going on. We were quite chocked as the place has recently been refurbished. It was as if the TV was on in our room and we could hear every word of their conversation. The hotel did what they could so 2 out of 4 nights we had no neighbours, but the other 2 nights were not good - unfortunately. As this had a big impact on our stay, we can only give the hotel 3 out of 5. Also the planes fly right over the hotel when the wind is in that direction.
