裏維埃拉濱海海灘酒店 - 限成人入住的評價

Hotel al que le sobra una estrella, es un 3 estrellas correcto ya que tiene muchas faltas. HABITACIÓN =bien pero sin ninguna personalidad,, lo mejor la limpieza, la neverita no enfriaba nada y tuvimos que avisar 3 veces hasta que por fin nos la cambiaron. ASCENSOR= el el mas lento de la historia, para un hotel tan pequeño como este y con 4 ascensores tendría que ser mas que suficiente, pero siempre toca esperar un montonazo porque van fatal. COMEDOR= el comedor es amplio y suficiente, no tuvimos que esperar nunca, hay una chica llamada Pilar que es un encanto. COMIDA= La comida es super repetitiva, no cambian prácticamente nada, todos los días el mismo desayuno, las mismas ensaladas, fiambres y acompañantes, solo cambian alguno de los principales y algunas veces lo que los cambian es de nombre, misma comida con nombre diferente, los postres son también prácticamente los mismos todos los días pero el problema verdadero son los horarios que tienen, debes bajar a cenar como muy tarde a las 8:30 de la tarde, en pleno verano y con un sol de justicia o cenas a esa hora o no cenas porque a las 9 ya han recogido la comida, por lo que aunque te ponga a las 9 o bajas antes o no cenas y otro problema es a la hora de reponer las comidas, tardan muchísimo para que se haga la hora de recoger y no ponerlo, además empiezan con todo, pero luego se les acaba y te lo sustituyen por cualquier cosucha que no tiene nada que ver, por ejemplo sustituyen calamares por aros de cebolla, lo de las paellas es capitulo aparte ya que de dependen de que cocinero la haga, hay uno que las hace bien, los demás no hay quien se las coma. PISCINA=pequeña pero suficiente, lo peor el horario ya que en pleno verano y en plena ola de calor, la cierran a las 7 de la tarde, otra queja es que el hidromasaje no funciona. RECEPCIÓN= Trato correcto pero sin ninguna simpatía, son bastante secos, eso sí, el Check in fue muy rápido y la habitación nos la dieron a la una. ANIMACION= Totalmente nula, no hay nada de nada, ni siquiera esta abierto el Lounge bar, osea, que es publicidad engañosa, porque los que vamos en Julio y Agosto, no podemos disfrutar de él. BAR= Correcto pero sin mas, no tiene ni música, solo todo el día en una pantalla puesto fútbol de la liga inglesa. La verdad ha sido un hotel que me ha decepcionado mucho, no entiendo esas críticas donde lo ponen como si no hubiera otro mejor, es un hotel recomendado solo para adultos y que también debería estar recomendado solo para ingleses, ya que todo el hotel está enfocado al turista inglés, igual en comidas, como en bares como en horarios. Un detalle que me pareció fatal es que en mi estancia, se celebraba mi aniversario de boda, lo dije cuando llegé ya que en todos los hoteles, siquiera te mandan una tarjetita de enhorabuena, o te invitan a una copa o te dejan la tarjetita con un par de bombones o cualquier detalle, aquí por supuesto nada de eso sucedió. hotel al que no volveré ni recomendaré a nadie, pero quiero que la gente vea

questo hotel è molto ben posizionato, vicino alla spiaggia e ai luoghi in cui divertirsi. Le camere sono ampie, con buone terrazze, la colazione è molto varia, e il personale della reception è eccellente. Siamo stati tutti molto confortevole in questo hotel.

La habitación muy bien ,baño espacioso , la camas cómodas y la habitación e instalaciones muy limpias, personal muy agradable, el buffet en el almuerzo y la cena muy , muy flojo, muy poco donde elegir , y en sabor tampoco se pasaba , y la animación para los españoles es nula .

Bel Hôtel à dimension humaine. Chambre très propre et confortable avec terrasse sans vis à vis donnant sur grand jardin avec piscine. Accueil chaleureux. Restauration pension complète varié et soigné. Mention spéciale à Joaquim un vrai pro du service.

Struttura molto bella, stanza ampia e letto grande e molto comodo. Si trova nella zona inglese di Benidorm. Adatta a persone adulte che vogliono godersi una vacanza in tranquillità. Complimenti per la cordialità, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff per l'accoglienza e la risoluzione di ogni problema. Veramente bravissimi!

Estuve viendo los shows en el hotel Riviera ,los artistas y el personal estuvo muy bien,pero mi amiga y yo notamos un olor a cloaca que era fortísimo,era un ambiente cargadísimo,no entiendo como eso lo tienen así,pobre camareros que tengan que estar todo el día con esos olores , una pena,no vimos todos por eso mismo, nos tuvimos que ir

Mal olor en la sala de animación durante las actuaciones. Todo genial salvo un fuerte olor a cañerías y a cerrado. Mala ventilación

This hotel is fabulous, in every way. It’s spotlessly clean everywhere, the rooms are cleaned every day and the beds made. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful, a lovely young man checked us in at 1.30 in the morning when we were tired and fed up, he was lovely, and helped us check in quickly and easily, he also came up to our room with 2 bags of food for us, with bread, pate, tuna, crisps, fruit and water in, which I thought was a very nice touch. You have to pay €20 for a safe for the week, but well worth the money for peace of mind. The food is fantastic, always very tasty and hot. Aimed primarily at the English, but there are some dishes for more adventurous diners. I’m not adventurous, I like to know what I’m eating and for it to look like and taste like what it says it is…this hotel does that. I was convinced the chef must be English. Breakfast was everything you could wish for, cereal, juice,fruit,yogurts, pastries, cold meats, toast, full English, omelettes and pancakes made to order, coffee and tea etc. Evening meal there was so much choice, and I’ve stayed in many a Spanish hotel with buffet style meals and it’s crap, tastes of nothing and very poor choice, not here, there were at least 3 or 4 choices for me every night ( picky!) but always at least 6 or 7 choices, including soups, salads, pasta dishes. The desserts were amazing, sometimes they can look good and taste of nothing, but these looked and tasted amazing. One night there was the chocolate fountain, I was in heaven! ALL staff are super friendly and happy to help, they will have a joke with you, and the waiters and waitresses work non stop to keep tables clear. My only gripe is breakfast is 8-10 am, I’m lazy when on holiday and don’t want to get up for breakfast by 10, so I’d like an extended breakfast service, but as they also do lunch I guess there are time restraints. The pool area is shaded ( this time of year) until around 1,2 pm, then the sun goes by around 4.30, and the pool is cold, and small, BUT because it’s adults only it doesn’t matter, there’s no screaming kids splashing around with huge inflatables,, you can relax fully by the pool and just have a quick dip to cool off. Plenty of sun beds available , mostly in the shade but it’s still warm. The bar at the front of the hotel was great, waiter service, good prices, nice snack menu,and they will serve you round the pool too. I have really loved our stay here,our room was on the first floor as we requested a low floor room, we had a balcony that looked over the pool area of the ( huge) hotel next door and it was like watching my worst nightmare! Toooo many people, kids, etc, whereas because the riviera is small, it’s perfect, and it’s quiet. Our room was cleaned every day, the bathroom was a fab size, with a huge walk in shower. The beds are 2 singles pushed together, but they are the comfiest beds with the comfiest pillows I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. ( see not wanting to get up for breakfast!)

Fabulous hotel with fantastic staff whether in the restaurant, rooms or bars. They go over and above to look after you. A huge shout to the amazing Terrace Bar team - Luciana, Davide, Ishi, Alex, Jairo and those behind the scenes, thank you for looking after us. Also the Music Lounge - Fab, Tony and Laxman you never stop but always with a smile, not forgetting Jose, we missed you!

This is our first stay at The Riviera & without doubt the best Hotel we have ever stayed in Benidorm. Hotel spotless, Food Outstanding, Staff attentive and polite and drinks well priced compared to other bars In the Town. Definitely a more mature clientele which was great - no noise at night 😉 Pool area small but no problem getting a bed and is a little suntrap from midday with sun all day from 9 am at the front of the hotel and in the lovely residents only side seating area. We don't want ro leave tomorrow but looking forward to returning soon.

We visit Benidorm a few times each year and always stay at the Riviera. All the staff are amazing especially Luciana. That young lady is never still. She works the terrace bar. Always making sure customers are happy. Refilling their drinks order and food. And too add is always happy. Nothing is too much trouble.

Stayed end of October as a couple for a week. Beds - ridiculously noisy. They are small camp bed type singles pushed together but not connected. The noise they make as you move on them is horrendous and the whole hotel will know if you get vigorous! Restaurant - think school canteens with associated food. Fish and chips, meat pies, shepherds pie etc. like something out of the 80s. Restaurant staff - females rude and never smiled once in a week. Male staff much better. Room - ok but dated and you have to pay extra for tea/coffee sachets and the safe Clientele - a bit like gods waiting room, the average age must be 70 plus. Good bits. Spotlessly clean. Bar terrace at the front is a real Sun trap (prices on the high side though) Pool area - ok but not great for sun bathing as it’s shady for most of the day. Pool is tiny. Overall there are many better hotels to choose from in this area, do your research, I wish we had!

The hotel that just keeps on getting better .. we can only think of positives .. the Team are the best in the business, .. the Cleanliness and food are top notch .. the hotel is just a little hidden Gem .. small in size but great in Features .. would thoroughly recommend the Riviera Beach and once you’ve been .. you just wouldn’t book elsewhere.
