聖塔法茲酒店 - 限成人(Hotel Santa Faz)

My partner and I have just returned from a five night stay in this adult only hotel. The major plus on this hotel is the location it is situated on a small traditional Spanish street in the Old Town of Benidorm with very easy access to the lovely bars, Tapas Alley, restaurants, shops and the beaches on both side. On check in we was greeted by a lovely man on the desk who was friendly and informative. Our room was on the 3rd floor over looking a narrow street with a tiny balcony it was immaculately clean, great shower and comfy beds which was cleaned every day. The breakfast had a choice of continental meats, sweets, fruit, yoghurt and a small choice of for an English Breakfast, also fruit juices, tea, coffee and preserves. Overall the hotel was very quiet apart from slight noise from the street below. The only negative we found was that the walls were paper thin and some of our fellow guests. who either didn't care or were completely oblivious to the fact that other guests maybe next door to them. Up until our last night everything was lovely and calm. But with an early morning pick up our new neighbours made life hell for the us. They rolled in at 4am in the morning only continuing their party by shouting, slamming doors and being very noisy. We did mention this to the concierge on the desk on checking out and he was fully aware of the issue as three parties of young (and obviously selfish individuals) had checked in. He had done his best on his own to control them, maybe as a suggestion to the hotel try not to have parties of young people as guests and stick to adult couples. It was a shame as to what occurred on our last night and I have no intentions of dissing the hotel, because as I have mentioned it is a great hotel, great price and in fantastic location. We would stay here again - just, maybe next time I will remember to pack our ear plugs, just in case. Many thanks Jane & Tony Overall the stay

Dirty, smelly and noisy hotel. We booked as the trip advisor reviews were good, please avoid. There was nose wipings all over the bathroom walls, the toilet was filthy, there was a smell of meat all over the hotel. Bedding was dirty, just not pleasant. The breakfast room was dirty and so were the glasses. We spent 1 night and paid for a different hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated for discovering the resort, whilst Benidorm is not the prettiest place where you are situated in the Old Town is lovely and quiet. The furnishings are not the newst BUT everything was VERY clean and very tidy. The people on the desk were friendly, kind and helpful. Would I come back, for this price ABSOLUTELY, it was wonderful.

Second visit to this hotel and would definitely return . Rooms clean ,and staff super friendly. Breakfast included which included a good choice ,cereal toast ,cooked breakfast , yoghurts fruits and sweet selection too . Ideal location in the old town too. Only downside for my two room mates was the small beds but they are 6ft 3 ! Cant fault the place

Alberto & Emilio are the absolute best, so helpful above & beyond & great sense of humour. Highly recommend this place if only for the care of these two lovely guys⁰,especially if you are solo, these guys definitely have your back.

This hotel isn’t being given enough credit as it’s clean and tidy. They offer breakfast and for the price you cant argue Don’t expect 5 star, and it being in town don’t expect it to be super quite But if you want all amenities at arms l goth This is the place to be Well done hotel data faz staff thank you for making us feel welcome 👊👊👊👊👊

Just returned from another excellent stay at this hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Room are clean and functional with a great location in the heart of the Old town but within easy walking distance to the beach front and if course the Tapas alley

Fantastic staff,really friendly and helpful, rooms are basic but very clean, bedding and towels every day, breakfast was okay, our friend decided to come and stay with us, so they sorted us a family room at very short notice, would not hesitate to come back and stay here, great experience.

Hotel is overall very basic however everything you may need is to hand and is very close to the old town. The staff couldn't do enough for you, absolutely amazing service. The cleaning team is fantastic the rooms are spotlessly clean everyday. This was my second time staying here and planning on returning again very soon. Thanky you so much!!
