特拉塔旅遊公寓的評論

De appartementen zijn ruim opgezet, goed balkon (wij hadden uitzicht op zwembad), zeer schoon. Het gehele complex is mooi, schoon en goed onderhouden. Het personeel is behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk, een speciale vermelding voor Alexia (bediening restaurant), ze zorgt ervoor dat je echt het gevoel hebt dat je welkom en een echte gast bent. Een heerlijke vakantie week gehad. 4 strerren ipv van 5 omdat het complex op een hoger gedeelte van Benidorm ligt, 12 minuten lopen heuvel op lopen om van het centrum naar het complex te komen. De entertainment zou wat kunnen verbeteren (mogelijk is dit in het hoogseizoen anders/beter).

Habitaciones tranquilas, tradicionales, sofás cama en el salón y cocina. Buena restauración. Aparcamiento barato. A 10 minutos andando de la playa. Animación nocturna para niños. Fuimos en Semana Santa y éramos muchos españoles. En verano mayoritariamente turismo inglés. Volvería seguro.

Reserve y pague una reserva por booking por ese lugar y no lo recomiendo. Cuando llegue a la recepción ..el recepcionista me dijo que no encontraba mi reservación y de llamar a booking . Booking me confirmo la reserva sin problema . Volví a la recepción y el recepcionista me dijo que el hotel estaba lleno de una forma muy desagradable . Entonces booking me encontró otra solución . Fue una mala experiencia porque en ningún momento nos ayudo a resolver el problema . Después vi en Google que había todavía disponibilidad para ese lugar , también vimos personas entrar y sin dudar ayudarles…

Apartamentos muy cómodos. Disponen de 2 camas individuales, el salón tiene 2 sofás que son camas individuales también. Cocina equipada con hervidor de agua, tostadora, ollas, sartenes, cubiertos, vasos, tazas, platos, microondas, frigorífico y vitrocerámica. Baño con plato de ducha. Terraza con tendedero. Dispone de piscina climatizada. Por la noche hay diferentes actuaciones. Servicio de recepción 24 horas. Zonas verdes, infantiles y de ocio. Parking privado subterráneo de pago: 7€/día.

A minha avaliação não é superior devido à falta de educação do funcionário que esteve no bar na noite de 28 de outubro de 2023, caso contrário daria 4 em 5 pontos. Infelizmente na nossa primeira noite no hotel , após termos jantado no hotel fomos até ao bar para tomar uma bebida. Estava uma fila de pessoas à espera para ser atendido, quando chegou a nossa vez o funcionário chamou uma senhora para passar à nossa frente. Questionamos obviamente o que se estava a passar , o funcionário começou a falar alto , a discutir, mal educado e disse que se recusava a nos servir. Perante tal cenário dirigi-me à receção do hotel para apresentar reclamação do sr. e pedi para ser contactado pela gerência. Infelizmente não recebi qualquer contacto pela gerência. Resultado não fizemos mais nenhuma refeição no hotel (pagas à parte) nem despesas no bar e outros. Tirando este lamentável episódio o Hotel é muito agradável, apartamentos espaçosos e bem equipados. A piscina exterior é otima, pena não ser aquecida e as zonas de lazer são bastante agradáveis. Restante Staff , com excepção do mal educado do bar, muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Obviamente que o episódio indicado afetou a qualidade da nossa estadia e é algo inadmissível. Um funcionário bastou para ofuscar tudo o resto!

El apartamento muy limpio, el personal de recepción encantadores ! Les pedimos que si nos podían poner una habitación más cercana a la calle y sin problema lo hicieron ! Hay espectáculos que son muy entretenidos ! Volveremos seguro! La única pega el sofá cama es demasiado duro !!!

Un sitio muy bueno. Muy buenas instalaciones. Los apartamentos estan muy bien. La piscina esta genial, muy buen ambiente familiar. El bufet es muy completo y nada caro. Hacen muchas actividades tanto de tarde como de noche para ls diversion de toda la familia. Un lugsr de 10.

Very clean and great staff. Lovely place. Would highly recommend for families with young children as lots to do for them. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Lovely views, large balconies and spacious apartments. Drinks in the bar also affordable. Food very nice.

This place is OK. There are good and bad points. The apartment is a good size and was nice and clean but there was a few things that could do with fixing up a bit. The cleaners only cleaned once in the 5 nights we were there but that was OK for us. The shower was great and there was everything you need to cook/eat and drink in the apartment. We booked as a couple with a child but it was 2 single beds so we just moved the table and pushed the beds together. The female staff were lovely and friendly but the male staff were a bit more grumpy. We booked via Jet2 who informed us that there would be entertainment every night but when I enquired with reception, we was told that it was only on once whilst we was there. We was pre-warned that the out door pool would be shut but I asked at reception about the outdoor play area for my daughter and they said that would be available, unfortunately that wasn't the case because when we took her, it was all taped off so that was disappointing. The downstairs games area looked a bit drab and could do with a refurb. It just felt a bit flat down there but my daughter enjoyed the couple of rides and air hockey. The on site shop was OK for emergencies but it was only open 9-5. Now, the infamous hill. The easiest way to describe it would be it depends on the individual. I've read reviews that it's terrible and reviews saying it's not that bad. I am an unhealthy 30odd year old and after 2 days, I hated it yet my partner who is 16 years OLDER than me was perfectly fine with it and even carried our 4 year old on his shoulders one night. She also only complained once and that was after a long day so it does definitely depend on the individual on how bad it is. Personally, if I was to stay here again, it would be in season with our daughter just due to the lack of things to do for her or it would be fine for a couple but to be honest, I doubt I would book this place again. Not for any bad reasons in particular, it's just not for us.

This apartment is amazing, the rooms are very big, the pool is amazing, they have entertainment on every night, there are pool tables, getting the staff to call you a taxi is very simple and easy, there is a shop downstairs which is very useful, I would definitely come here again, highly recommend this apartment x

Had a lovely stay entertainment was brilliant , fantastic for kids and family’s , snake reptile show brilliant, got my partner up on stage, scared him half to death , got some good videos and memories to take home , thank you very much for a amazing stay , plus food was lovely my partner is so fussy and he actually ate

Lovely an spacious room , bit dated but overall all was nice an friendly , food was average , not much entertainment on , still enjoyed my stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very clean and rooms were comfy and kept clean. Great wifi We found the breakfast and dinner buffet pleasant and lunch at the pool bar very good. Games room, pool slides and some activites during the day, decent entertainment at evening great for kids. Kids club in the late afternoon too- We walked into old town and new town a few evenings and lunch times and got a taxi back most of the time was a nice walk down and the one time we walked back wasnt too bad with all good mobilty - beach is lovely

Do not read the bad reviews, I think they must have stayed somewhere else. Hotel is lovely and clean, reception staff were fantastic and all other staff great. We stayed on a B & B basic, plenty of choice, only gripe is that hot food wasn’t piping hot, but you usually get that on a Buffet. Apartment was really spacious with everything provided for a self catering stay. We are quite fit people and yes it is about a 20/30 minute walk to town but walked down everyday and taxis back. Went to the Zoo, really good and bookable through reception. All in all great mini break away, avoid the doubters and give it a go yourself
