大盧克索酒店(Grand Luxor Hotel)

La estancia fue muy agradable y placentera. Lo disfrutamos mucho y volveremos.

Hemos ido por primera vez en pareja, la habitación esta limpia y tal como se describe. Elegimos este hotel como escapada romántica e indicaba que el restaurante el buffet eran muy bueno, en mi opinión, un buffet muy mediocre para cenar DONDE TE COBRAN LAS BEBIDAS A PARTE Y EL CAFÉ DE LA CENA TAMBIEN, es la primera vez que me ocurre en un buffet de hotel con media pensión o pensión completa incluida, variedad de la cena escasa ( ensaladas y platos principales a elegir) cada cerveza 4€ una pasada. El desayuno un poco mejor, pero las cucharas pequeñas de plástico, fatal! no vamos a repetir por ocio al menos. LO UNICO QUE MERECE LA PENA ES EL PARKING QUE ESTA INCLUIDO. Por ultimo, los parques de atracciones están cerrados hasta mayo aprox y no se puede disfrutar de ninguna entrada.

Todo el hotel en si nos ha parecido genial, tanto las instalaciones, habitaciones pero resaltaría el trato de su personal tanto a los recepcionista como el del restaurante. Fueron muy cordiales de 10. Lo único que intentaría mejorar es que la comida estuviera más caliente. Calidad buena Hemos estado en San Valentín y fenomenal. Volveremos muy pronto.

Breve, corta, pero muy buena y agradable. Hotel en zona de Terra Mítica, Parking gratuito, edificio imponente y espectacular, muy buena distribución, buena construcción, muy limpio, en definitiva muy bien todo lo exterior, digamos que hay como tres RESORTS en uno, all suites, grand Luxor hotel y Village, en nuestro caso estuvimos en Grand Luxor hotel, como no está abierto Terra Mítica nos regalaron entradas para mundo mar, buen detalle. Recepción muy bien, nos lo hizo un señor de nombre Yago. Habitación en nuestro caso la estándar (B325) , perfecta  y sobresaliente, amenities de todo tipo, incluido cepillo dientes y afeitadora , quizás si nos hubieran dado con vista a Benidorm mejor que a Terra Mítica, pero bueno nada que objetar, bien decoradas y mobiliario y lencería de calidad, camas cómodas, climatizacion por conductos, amplia y muy limpia. Animación si hay, tanto infantil, como por la noche, con un dúo (Manacor creo) con el que se pasa un rato muy agradable. Buffet, muy bueno, mucha calidad, buen servicio, quizás de lo mejor de la zona, bebidas un poco caras, al igual que en los bares, pero repito la comida aquí es otro mundo, mucha calidad y variedad, quizás eche en falta el cava en el desayuno, servicio muy bueno. Instalaciones perfectas y cuidadas, con una terraza con vista skyline Benidorm impresionantes, sobretodo la terraza lounge del bar. En fin felicidades a la dirección, e intentaremos volver, por supuesto lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Me and my partner came to visit for a week, the hotel was nice but average for the price that we had paid. Location was too far from anywhere worth going so a car is needed if staying here, the hotel staff were nice other than the main hotel manager who charged us €300 for smoking on the balcony even though the maid gave us an ash tray and there were no no smoking signs on the balcony either? We was accused of smoking in the room even though we only smoked on the balcony with the ash tray that was provided, also we shut the door when on the balcony so i feel as though this was unfair and they should not of let us upgrade too if that was the case. We upgraded on our last night and it was worth every penny, it was €60 for a huge room with a jacuzzi bath and large balcony, massive difference compared to the small room we were given to begin with! The spa was lovely we really enjoyed that. I can’t give more than a 2* since we were unfairly charged, the fact that we were charged €300 and being falsely accused of smoking inside when we did not left us feeling rubbish on our last day but u will give the 2* for the hotel grounds itself and the other staff were lovely and very helpful. Also loved the old sports cars on the front! Nice touch.

Hemos estado varias veces en este hotel y siempre ha sido fabuloso en otras fechas, pero ayer la cena fue pésima. Muy poca variedad con platos arriesgados. 6 personas cenamos a base de fiambre Ha sido decepcionante, pues el precio fue el normal.No hubo ninguna oferta

We stay here quite often as we live in the area. On the whole it is very good but the last couple of times I've noticed that the bacon at breakfast is fake bacon!!(I'm not sure how it's made but I imagine it's reconstituted) I actually asked the lady cooking the eggs and she confirmed it (not that I needed confirmation, you could tell a mile off!) As an English person who looks forward to a nice cooked breakfast when I stay at hotels I find this very unacceptable, especially in a 4 star hotel!

We recently visited the hotel for 2 nights as a group of 20 (6 families all with teenage children). Reception & grounds to the hotel are immaculate. We were all given rooms in block D on the front of the hotel so overlooking the smaller pool & crazy golf with a view of Benidorm in the distance. Room was clean, bright & big enough for 3 of us. Small fridge & safe in the room. Bathroom was lovely with 2 sinks. We ate in the terrace bar which had a small selection of the usual foods (pizzas, pastas, which were good & burgers which were not so good) food was hot & served quite quickly. Bar led onto a large terrace which had kid’s entertainment which little ones seemed to enjoy. Hotel gives free entry to 3 attractions & is directly across the road from Terra Mitica theme park which the kids loved. They went later in the early evening so didn’t have too many queues to worry about. Breakfast buffet has a large selection which is constantly restocked. It did get very busy between 9-10 which is to be expected. Downside was the hot buffet - all the food was cold. However plenty of cold selection to choose from. Pool area has lots of space & loungers with parasols. Life guards present at all times we were there & some animation team activities were going on at various times. Pool bar was a little expensive but staff were pleasant. You can also hire & exchange towels here too - free of charge. On day 2 we taxied to the water park -about 15mins a (€15) away. Queues here are very long but place is spacious with lots of loungers (€7). . It is out on its own with nothing else around (except the theme park) so a taxi ride away from any nightlife if that’s what you’re after - we weren’t. There was no shop but a couple of vending machines which sold water etc. Overall a lovely hotel.

L’hôtel est super ! Notre choix c’est porté pour ce grand hôtel qui propose un pack pour les nuits , 1/2 pension ainsi que des entrées pour 3 parcs d’attraction pour toute la durée du séjour , en accès illimité ! Autant vous dire , qu’on a passé finalement peu de temps dans l’hôtel ! L’hôtel est au porte de Terra Mitica donc très facile d’accès . C’est la première fois que nous y allions et nous avons tous aimé. Il fait très chaud , mais le fait d’arriver tôt 12 h le premier jour …. Aucune attente dans les manèges !! Nous y sommes allés tous les jours , même juste 1 heure le deuxième jour. Le deuxième jour : Aqualandia ( parc aquatique) que nous connaissons déjà . Arriver absolument avant l’ouverture car sinon , en Été , c’est de la folie. On a fait 2 h de queue pour faire le CYCLONE !! Mais on a passé une bonne journée ! ⚠️on vous propose de mettre le téléphone dans une pochette waterproof (8/10 euros) MAIS DANS CERTAINES ATTRACTIONS C’EST INTERDIT , Dc si vous voulez le garder sur vous , il faut avoir la possibilité de le mettre dans une poche ou dissimuler dans le maillot de bain 😬 Troisième jour : Aqualandia le matin . Nous avons retenu la leçon et sommes arrivés très tôt , on a pu faire en 2 heures , autant d’attractions que la veille dans la journée ! Puis , on a enchaîné avec la visite de MUNDOMAR (zoo avec spectacle animalier) Un bon moment en famille . Les spectacles des lions de mer et Dauphins sont très bien . Le parc est bien conçu, bcp d’ombre . Des zones de pic nic et endroits pour se restaurer mais tt est assez cher . Dernier jour : Terra Mítica , les enfants ont fait ce choix , journée manèges à sensation ! Il y a une partie avec une piscine , mais nous préférons celle de l’hôtel , plus propre. Activités à l’hôtel 3piscines de l’hôtel ( il y en a 2 assez grandes ) , nous avons fait un mini golf en famille un soir (12 euros ). Il y a une salle avec des jeux d’arcade et un club enfants mais les nôtres sont trop grands Dc pas testé La chambre ( catégorie suite ) est très spacieuse, douche , baignoire à remous et wc séparés De grands okacards , peignoirs Avec une terrasse immense , vue sur la mer ! 2 transats Thé et café dans la chambre à disposition Literie confortable Petit déjeuner et dîner dans une grande salle de restaurant : qualité correcte , beaucoup de choix . Bonbons , glaces ,…. Les enfants sont ravis ! Dîner /Soirée à thème : Mexique / Asie/ Espagnol Le soir , il y a un peu d’animation…. Mais ce n’est pas. De très grande qualité. Personnellement, nous étions fatigués de nos journées marathon !! Le personnel est très sympathique. Parking en sous sol gratuit Points négatifs : Le ménage est fait probablement trop rapidement , ce n’est pas impeccable. Mais je suis maniaque …., ça reste acceptable. Au restaurant, il y a 2 services . Si vous n’arrivez pas à l’ouverture, il faudra parfois attendre un peu . Prix des boissons au restaurant pour le dîner trop cher (4 euros un coca, pour l’Espagn
