Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: sun terrace, central heating system, air conditioning. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 2.5 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km, shingle beach "La Granadella" 10 km.
