Paid for an upgrade and received a worse room than what I started with. The mirror was broken, the A/c didn’t work, and the tv didn’t work.

Excellent service and amenities recommend 100 adults only.

욕조가 새고 소파에서 불결한 냄새가 나며 쿠션은 형편없이 꺼져있어서 몹시 불편햤습니다. 수건이나 침구도 굉장히 낡았습나다. 전반적으로 시설은 오래되고 직원들은 매우 불친절합니다. 방안의 에어컨은 켜던지 끄던지 둘중 하나만 가능하며 온도조절은 불가능합니다. 룸서비스의 음식종류가 다양하지 않습니다. 다시 오고싶지 않은 호텔입니다.

No regresaría, la comida no estaba buena en los restaurantes a los que alcance a ir, solo el buffet de desayuno si fue bueno, el personal muy amable, sin embargo el cuarto era muy viejo, yo compré cuarto con vista al mar y cuando llegué me dijeron que era vista parcial ya que eso era marketing de *******, y no se veía nada de mar, escogí la opción solo adultos y todo esta en el área familiar por lo cual no me gustó que todo el tiempo estuve rodeada de niños

El hotel es muy bonito pero si tuvo varios detalles que no nos gustó No soy una persona que me gusta quejarme, creo que este es la primera vez que quede decepcionada de un hotel en Cancún, voy a especificar lo que no me gustó porque a mí me hubiera gustado leer opiniones así al momento de hacer mi reserva para mi si es importante a la hora de decidir La habitación que nos dieron cuando abrimos el balcón tenía un olor a drenaje ( abajo había una fuga ) fuimos a pedir un cambio y no nos hicieron caso, que iban a checar y nunca fueron. Desde bien temprano andaban en los pasillos de las habitaciones los de mantenimiento pintando y arreglando y haciendo mucho ruido. Había días en que todos los restaurantes estaban cerrados al mismo tiempo por el cambio de comida a la cena y te ofrecían que pasaras a los snacks. La playa tenía muchísima basura, y muy mal aspecto La chica de recepción fue muy amable y fue muy rápido el check in pero ponen una pulsera que si la pierdes te la cobran, que es la llave de la habitación, que en la primera mojada en la alberca ya se nos cayó de suerte que nos dimos cuenta y hay vamos a cambiarla, pero es de un material como para que se resbale. El agua de las albercas está heladisima, muy bonitas albercas, muy padrísimos los espectáculos y los shows pero era difícil entrar al agua, Los baños en áreas comunes no estaban muy limpios, nosotros teníamos que ir hasta los baños del lobby que eran los que si estaban muy limpios.

La cama se rompió, el baño viejo, los meseros en buffette de desayuno y cena ni de chiste se acercan a preguntarte por una bebida y si lo hacen es ya cuando estás por terminar de comer, la cena en el tepanyaki fatal debí sospecharlo cuando el mismo día aún había reservas disponibles a las 3:00 pm la carne fea, el pollo chicloso y tardo 1 hora el chef en servir la comida ya fría y de mal sabor no vuelvo a este hotel

Not clean. Guest services was not helpful or genuine. Would promise to help or come and would not follow up. Things I asked to be fixed or cleaned were not. Information not clear about restaurants and what is open when. Food inconsistent. Did not get served at one restaurant until they seated a couple in the same area — they were served first.

This was my second stay at Royalton Hideaway Adults Only Hotel only this time I saw small children everywhere! A 12 year old was at the swim up pool bar ordering Sprites! If we purposely chose a hotel that states 18 years and older, we expect just that! False advertising this time around! I checked in and did not receive the room that I paid for which was a junior luxury suite swim out room, so I spent extra time getting this room on day 1. The room looked like it clearly needed several maintenance requests tended to-the jacuzzi tub drain and toilet rumbled all through the nights loudly. The room was infested with mosquitos and I’m awaiting a doctors appoin**ent tomorrow morning to make sure I’m not having a serious allergic reaction to those bites or potentially bed bugs from the old worn sheets that we had changed multiple times each day of our stay. The food has gone down significantly! Breakfast used to have way more fresher fruit offerings and a butcher serving the juiciest steaks to pair with your freshly made omelettes. That steak/beef was long gone! The hibachi restaurant usually has to be booked in advance, which we did. The hibachi restaurant had no air conditioning on a 90 degree day! Imagine flame plus humidity and people and tequila! Torture! It was hotter in the restaurant than outside. We couldn’t bear to stay for dessert. The food was a 5/10 overall. The chef literally told us to use the teriyaki sauce from the table before that had just had dinner!

Would I go back to Cancun? Yes. Would I stay here again? Nope. I celebrated my honeymoon with my husband. Our flight got cancelled, we contacted orbitz and the hotel directly. We couldn’t get ahold of the hotel for 45 minutes, and when we did, it was a less than experience “okay, yeah yeah yeah, we’ll see you when you get here” and she hangs up. The phone call lasted 30 seconds. We arrive to the hotel, security at the gate says we don’t have arrival info for the family, but lets us in. We get to the reservation desk, for them to tell us they’ve given away our room (that we paid extra for the specific room) because we didn’t call. Funny thing is, the girl that took the call, was the same girl that checked us in. She remembered the story, gave us a $600 resort credit because she “ran out of the $300 resort credits” we finally get a room, get settled, and there aren’t honeymoon accommodations (it took us 4 times over 3 days asking and sending 2 people our marriage certificate to get something, for it to be on the 2nd to last night) We use the resort credit for a couples massage at the spa, they tell us it’s a special promotion and they can’t validate it. The food is not up to US standards. DO NOT drink the tap water!! Only bottled water! It really upset our stomachs. The flavor of the food was sub-par at best at most places. We found luck eating at the steakhouse and the buffet.
