本頓維爾萬豪SpringHill酒店(SpringHill Suites Bentonville)

Clean rooms. Friendly service. But... the room was run down, especially the shower. It had obvious water damage all around with several layers of caulk (all poorly applied) built up--but still split out! Worst of all, the pipes in the wall obviously weren't secured so the shower handle itself flopped around. As for the breakfast, it was meager and mediocre. Not nearly as good or as varied as breakfast at LaQuinta or Holiday Inn Express -- which are both right across the street and comparably priced.

The second night we got no sleep. Someone ran in and out all night long slamming doors. When we spoke to someone about it the next morning, they let us know they were watching them. We felt they should have put a stop to it.

It was really clean when we got there, pretty decent room. We stayed four nites. After we got there the room was never serviced except once, and they only brought new towels nothing else was done, we emptied our own trash, straightened up each day some. We had to ask for wash clothes. Bed was never made or sheets changed, which is ok, no biggie, we was ok with that, because it was just me and my wife. Room was never serviced at all only to bring towels once. Over all it was a clean place, bfast was pretty decent. Folks there were nice, the maids just didn’t do their job.

Room was excellent Breakfast was excellent Only complaint is that it was hard to navigate getting in and out of the parking lot

Love our room. Area was nice, construction made it hard to get in. Our check in lady was friendly and quick. We stayed here several time over the years.

The property is in good shape, the service was very good, the breakfast was decent, and the location was convenient.

Our experience was excellent at the Springhill suites in Bentonville. The staff went above and beyond when I had an inquiry. To the point that I never have experienced it at another hotel. Our room was clean and nice. We had a mini fridge and microwave. The eco friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. I recommend this property, it had everything we needed.

Pool walls and water had algae growing. Mentioned it to front desk…..but not corrected durning our 3 night stay.

Tim was great. All in all, a very helpful staff in all respects.
