羅吉斯-本頓維美茵斯坦套房酒店(Affordable Suites of America Rogers - Bentonville)

I can't say enough about the manager and staff. There was a mix-up on the room between Hotels and them. They went ahead and honored the booking and rate we had. Two bedroom suite was great with separate living area, two bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 kitchenettes. Also a great hot and cold breakfast in the morning. Would book again.

We had issues with a dirty bathroom and bed. I know this happens when you have employees who doesn’t do their job. But the supervisor over house keeping made it right and up graded us to a very clean suite(no upgrade charge) since they didn’t have any other rooms available. Started out bad but was made right.

The receptionist at the desk was a bit curt. After driving 11 hours to get there I felt a bit lectured to about not smoking or having a pet in the room (not sure why she felt the need to offer the lecture). The room was fine. The area around the hotel is being redeveloped.

Besides, a big grass spider on my nightstand, and the fact the receptionist thought I had lost my mind because I wanted some milk for my coffee rather than Cremora processed chemicals, it was a good stay.

Gabrielle and Alex were awesome. Stay was short but exciting. I found the in room phone non-operational. Would love to return soon! :)

I had confirmation from ******* I would have a king room. However we were given a queen. Front desk said the problem was that there is no communication with ******* so sometimes the rooms are not available. This communication problem should be addressed.

Quiet, clean. Nice breakfast. Appeared to be understaffed at times.

Room was nice. Breakfast was ok. Staff was courteous and helpful.

We had been snowed in at XNA airport. We tried to find a motel with airport shuttle service. This hotel went above and beyond to come and pick up their guests. The drivers were safe and conscientious getting us to and from the airport. Margaret, at the front desk , when I kept calling to see if the shuttle was able to get us was AWESOME. She went above and beyond her many duties trying to get us there, booked in AND help get us back to the airport during a ice/snow storm During a very stressful time she made us feel understood and did everything she could to accomplish that. Awesome employee
