水路別墅(The Waterway Villa)

I was not placing too high a hope after reading the reviews online. But when I stayed there for 3 nights, I realized my fears was unfounded. Celcom reception was good even in the room. I can even have my zoom meeting and remote access my office comp with almost no lag. Wifi at the lobby is good as well for teams . All the staff are friendly and accommodative. Even the enquiry staff replies email fast after my barrage of questions as it is my first time to Malaysia after the pandemic. The rooms are very clean. Never stepped on a cleaner floor before even in 5 star hotel. The resort gives a very nature vibe good for a break from modern life. A lot of natural elements. The pool is great to spend the day. Food nothing to scream about given it is a 3 star hotel. But is good for a decent meal. Overall is a place I can go back and spend some time unwinding and bond with family.

The room is clean and well maintained. Landscaping is nicely done. The only setback is there is not much activity can be done except for the pool which generally quite small for the size of the resort. The property need to improve on the indoor activities which situated upper floor of the lobby, the place looks messy. Suggest that the resort should organized morning activities for jungle trekking etc. Overall food for tea time and breakfast is good. Dinner need to be improved.

1. The whole resort is well-maintained and clean. 2. Staffs there are friendly and helpful, we ask for towels after swimming. 3. The meals included are delicious and beyond our expectation. 4. We booked Bali Villa Coner View for 10 of us. 3 bedrooms and each bedroom is attached with bathroom. 5. We bring pocker cards, speaker, beers, instant cup noodles. 6. Will definitely come back again!

A WONDERFUL Place ! Beds n Towels are Totally Clean . Buildings n Furnitures are all Hard Wood.Beautifful Grounds n Gardens with Natural Waters n Streams with Colorful Lights at Nite. Staff are 100percent Courteous, Helpful n Polite. Food is Simple but Tasty, Fresh Fruits n Drinks from Own Orchard at WaterVilla.

環境非常好，周圍有自然公園和雨林。度假村維護良好且乾淨。工作人員非常友好，飯菜很美味，超出了我的預期，我的孩子們很喜歡這些食物。 。一定會回來的！

Booked the Bali villa, the villa is quite well maintained. Buffet tea-time, dinner and breakfast were pretty good. Very nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. Best part were the friendly dogs (only took photo of one dog) who came to greet us and kept us company throughout our trip =) One improvement point for consideration is to put signage for the jungle trekking trail as we tried to find the trail based on the staff's instruction but we could not find it

Booked the bamboo villa. The resort is well maintained, the room is very clean, quiet place. Dinner and breakfast are good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Just 10km to Bentong town for local specialty.
