Gentleman working nights at front desk was beyond rude. It took him over an hour to get to us and to get us checked in. He never apologized. He acted as if it was somehow our fault. Basically threw our keys at us. Air conditioner was so loud. It rattled all night and kept us awake. Do not stay here!!!

Booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub and the pool was super small and the hot tub was broken.. the outdoor seating patio area was full of rusty air conditioning units that looks like a dump yard. The room smelled musty and moldy. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Super bummed with overall stay.

They should have never let us book here knowing they had a flood. No amenities were working, smelled like smoke, they didn’t even have the most basic breakfast item, milk.

Property is clean, had maid service on a 2-day stay! Beds are soft and the room is a good size. Parking is convenient, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Will definitely be back!
