本頓維爾 21c 博物館酒店(21C Museum Hotel Bentonville)

Amazing place. Room was exquisite and the property is fun because of the art museum and it’s so close to the mountain bike trails. It’s in the square so near everything you need. The bed was super comfy Shower had great pressure and hot Large room, super nice The restaurant is delicious

We were the last room in the hallway. There was a clicking noise outside our wall that I think was coming from the outside heating units that kept me awake. Also the housekeeping staff was very loud by my room at 7:30 am. The room and location was nice.

If you're going to Crystal Bridges Museum, this is an excellent hotel for you and your family. Our room was big with two double beds and a small sofa that a kid can sleep on. The hotel was located at the heart of downtown, so plenty of dining and shopping options. On Saturday there was a farmer's market which made it extra fun. There is a bike rental place accross the street next to an ice cream and pizza truck (great spot for lunch after a morning walk) Highly recommend renting bikes and taking advantage of the amazing bike trails enroute to Crystal Bridges and all over the area. Or you can walk and enjoy the beautiful views. In the winter there's an ice skating park nearby.

21c is always lovely. Standard of service is high. My husband had a medical incident and staff were very helpful in accommodating my extra days in the hotel as my husband recovered in Hospital. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect hotel. Wonderful staff and management. Flexible and casual, yet intelligent and sophisticated. Of course, the art is the differentiator, but the hotel stands out in other ways as well, including a perfect location, walkable to both the town square and Crystal Bridges. The Hive restaurant might be the best in the state, and certainly one of the best in town. Do the 3-course meal if it's on the menu. The room was large, well-designed and well-lit, with a comfortable bed and great furniture. Can't think of any way to possibly complain about this place. Just go to Bentonville. It will surprise you in a positive way, and the 21C will also.

The location is PERFECT! Such a diverse destination. Exactly what we wanted for a quick overnight getaway. Room was dated, but clean. Beds were comfortable.

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my family as we celebrate the holidays. Bentonville SHINES with holiday cheer! The ice rink was a big hit for my 7year old grandson, but the penguins in 21C won the weekend. Can't recommend enough.

We were very disappointed that we paid over $400 per night with tax and the restaurant and bar were closed before 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Nice hotel in a good location, but they're not too interested in customer service.

A very nice hotel but also very overpriced. Nothing about it justifies the price.
