Management and support staff were all extremely rude (It’s apparent that the customer service issues start at the top—the support staff has clearly been trained by someone who has no business working in hospitality). There was NO housekeeping in the room, and I had to interact with the put-out staff at the front desk every time I needed a clean towel or trash bag for my room. All common areas were dirty, and trash was overflowing from the cans onto the carpet. I moved to a different hotel when the hot water stopped working, and there was no ETA available on the repair. I’m going to chalk it up to not being able to find a competent person to run the hotel during Covid, but I’m certainly not going to recommend this place to any of my friends or family. Very disappointing.
