閣樓餐酒館 - 薩加爾迪(Loft Osteria by Sagardi)

Toda la gente super amable y para servirnos. Fuimos en familia y nos recomendaron platos ya que nosotros no teníamos mucha idea de que pedí y la verdad es que todo riquisimo Super atentos y la comida riquísima.

Muy cómodo, limpio, ordenado, accesible. Con el valor agregado de tener el mejor restaurant de Buenos Aires abajo. Camas cómodas , buenas almohadas, servicio al cuarto, excelente wifi y tv por cable.

我絕對不會推薦住在這裡。我們在這個地方預訂了兩天。首先辦理入住大約需要一個小時。然後我們進去了，無線網路一直無法使用。空調也不能用，熱得難以忍受，睡不著。我們去詢問他們的工作人員，他們說我們不在的時候他們會調查這件事。我們回來時他們從未這樣做過，因為天氣仍然很熱。然後我們下去再次詢問，那個說他會調查此事的人說他沒有看到問題，也不知道我們在說什麼，並拒絕對此採取任何行動。我們透過 ******** 給他們發了電子郵件，直到今天，我們已經幾個星期沒有收到回覆了。我們無法在這裡完成我們的住宿，最終我們提前離開並預訂了其他地方，因為無線網路從來沒有工作過，而且生活條件是如此難以忍受和不舒服。我們放下了鑰匙，我告訴那個女孩，這裡太熱了，不能留下來，她回答說這很糟糕。我一生中見過的最糟糕的客戶服務。

We really enjoyed our stay at Loft Osteria and everything was to our liking. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful and comfortable. And we loved the location. We would stay here again!

I actually dined there twice for lunch in my week here, once after the nearby Contemporary Art Museum and again on the following Saturday. Both times were excellent. The food is a mix of traditional Basque and Argentine food. They have a tapas style buffet (pintxo) that looks good, but I ate from the menu Had the sweetbreads with roasted vegetables and cannot recommend it enough. Incredible meat and vegetables. Really perfect The oxtail stuffed peppers were good,, but not as successful, though still good We had a couple glasses of the reserve Malbec, also great and inexpensive

A bit off but ok. Check-in is via the restaurant so it’s only possible at certain hours. Arrived at 2 pm. Had to wait an hour for my room to be ready. You can hear the restaurant up in the room. Not terrible but some people might not like that. Also, if you have anything that you need you only have a place to ask while the restaurant is open. WiFi was decent.

Ubicación ideal para paseo turístico por San Telmo. El loft tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable. Destaco el patio interno y su vista, el desayuno y la amabilidad de Mariana que nos atendió excelente y sonriendo siempre.

Me hospede el finde largo de junio, 2 noches con mi pareja. La habitación sucia, despintada, desprolija. Una de las 2 noches nos bañamos con agua tibia/fría porque no salió caliente. No hay bidet. El desayuno te lo sirven en una barra sentados en banquetas, súper incómodo (encima se ve que hay mesas atrás, tranquilamente podrían darte el desayuno en las mesas). Lo que sirven es todo rico pero te dan un cafecito que no te alcanza ni para pasar una galletita. El desayuno para cada uno incluía: 1 café con leche, 1 vaso de jugo exprimido, 2 tostadas con mermelada, manteca y queso crema, 1 medialuna, fetas de queso y jamón, huevo revuelto. La calefacción de la habitación, para dormir, te congela a 19 y te cocina a 20. Como la cama está casi en el techo no se puede ni respirar cuando prende, pero sino, morís congelado. La terraza está cerrada así que si hay vista no se puede apreciar. La puerta del baño no es puerta, es un vidrio que no queda sellado (si te tiras un pepe te escuchan y si haces lo 2do el olor sale). El personal muy amable. No volvería.

Excelente!!! Genial la atención , en particular de Mariana , el servicio de la hostería impecable. El restaurante tiene una carta genial !! Súper recomendable para viaje en familia , teniendo en cuanta la excelente ubicación. Recomiendo!!
